När unga svarta flickor får se sig själva som prinsessa för första gången så drar muränorna Robin, Anton och Thomas paralleller till sin egen uppväxt och hur det var att få se homosexuell kärlek porträtteras för första gången. Det blir snack om serier och filmer som Rederiet, Maurice och Jeffrey. Hur drömmer man om sin framtid om man aldrig fått se den porträtteras? Hur påverkas man?
