Kommunens børne- og ungeudvalg har været på studietur til Finland og kommer hjem med et nyt inklusionskoncept, der skal løfte kvaliteten af det pædagogiske arbejde. Nu skal de nye metoder og værktøjer bredes ud til dagtilbuddene. Hvordan griber en leder den opgave an? Hvordan løser man de udfordringer, som konceptet giver i forhold til medarbejderne, samarbejdspartnerne og børnene?
