We’re going to spend some time describing what applicant tracking systems are and how they work. Then, we'll cover these 4 quick steps on how you can start getting noticed by these systems.
- Print job postings (and possibly O*NET Online pages) as your research.
- Create a word cloud on Wordle.
- Highlight keywords. (Focus on position titles and nouns common to the position).
- Integrate them subtly in your resume.
