El XXXVII congreso se tituló Nuestra América: Justicia e Inclusión. Tuve la oportunidad de hablar con académicos y expertos en Latinoamérica sobre la creciente importancia de China para América Latina.
Nos acompañó la doctora Mónica DeHart, profesora de antropología en la universidad de Puget Sound. El área de investigación de la profesora DeHart ha sido Centroamérica, en especial Costa Rica. Dada la trayectoria de las relaciones entre China y Costa Rica, hay mucho que podemos aprender.
