El pasado 26 de abril, culminó la quinta ronda de negociaciones del Tratado de Libre Comercio entre Panamá y China. Esto no marca el final del tratado, pero sí es la última ronda de este gobierno. La fecha de la siguiente ronda será establecida por la próxima administración. Como esta ronda tomó lugar en Pekín, tuve la oportunidad de asistir a las negociaciones para hablar con el equipo negociador y el sector privado.
