Estas son las reuniones anuales que tienen la Asamblea Popular Nacional de China (APNRPC) y la Conferencia Consultiva Política del Pueblo Chino (CCPPCh), donde formulan las políticas públicas del estado. Dada la creciente importancia de China en la economía global y su continuo acercamiento a América Latina, las propuestas legislativas discutidas son importantes para todos. Entre las leyes de interés que fueron pasada está la nueva ley de inversión.
