Del 1 al 3 de abril de 2019, tomó lugar la tercera visita oficial del presidente Juan Carlos Varela a China, desde el establecimiento de relaciones diplomáticas. Se establecieron los consulados de Guangzhou y Hong Kong, y también hubo reuniones con empresas multinacionales chinas con intereses económicos en Panamá.
Tuve la oportunidad de asistir al evento, organizados por el Ministerio de Comercio e Industria, llamado: Panama Invest and Fest. En el episodio de esta semana, comparto algunos comentarios que escuché en el transcurso de la visita.
