Produced by Sri Lakshmi Movies, the film stars Sivakarthikeyan, Rukmini Vasanth, Vidyut Jammwal, Biju Menon, Vikranth and Shabeer Kallarakkal in the lead roles. In the film, a patient with fregoli delusion becomes involved in an operation to stop a syndicate from North India from distributing guns across Tamil Nadu.
