Discipline & Trucker's Block - Daily Thought With Coach Daly - Fri. 10-10-25 #1689

Just listened to a fabulous podcast from Ben Rogers and his “Bottom Line” podcast. This episode was called “Tuesday Short: Truckers Block”  Find Ben: (@ben_rajas53) BUILD Coaching Company, LLC  - buildthearmy.com.  The whole premise was connected to author Steve Chandler and his description about what “Trucker’s Block” is all about. “Is there something called Trucker’s Block where a driver wakes up and finds his mood isn’t right for driving today? No. A trucker drives his truck no matter what his energy or hope levels are.”  In this very short podcast (less than 90 seconds), it got me thinking about how many of my activities could I attach this definition to, so my mood wouldn’t be a factor.  I have a lot of work to figure this out - what about you? To me, I see the value of this for me to do. Listen to Ben’s episode a few times.
