I used to love as a kid, getting to go to a Detroit Tigers double-header game at ol’ Tiger Stadium. I have a “double header” today as this lesson is coming from Inspiration Wiz (@Inspirationwiz) again, and I found it to be a direct connection to the previous episode. It’s all about “How to Detach.” There are five points to this one and I’m seeing that I can use it to help me with my distractions problems. Here are the five points: “1) Let people be who they want to be, then decide if you want them in your life. 2) Trust that rejection is always redirection to something bigger and better. 3) Some people are only meant to help you grow, not be in your life forever. 4) What if everything is falling apart to come together in a way you can’t guess? and 5) Focus only on what you can control.” Each one of these could be a separate podcast episode for sure and some of these topics have been on my radar lately to do an episode on. Again, all that means is that these lessons are popping up in my life (on my radar) because I need to be reminded about them and learn from them in order for me to get better. I hope this helps you too. Thanks for listening.
