Listening to Ben Newman’s “Mental Toughness Forum, 2025” (https://mentaltoughnessforum.com/) and one of the many speakers he has lined up to help others is Jen Gottlieb (Instagram & Twitter / X: jen_gottlieb), (Facebook: jenleahgottlieb), and she “is the bold voice behind some of today’s most visible and profitable personal brands.” One of the many things from her video is something that she wants to never forget and she wants us to remember this too. It’s so important to her that she had it tattooed on her right wrist, so only she could really see it, but it simply says - “Time never stops.” We only get today one time - what are we going to do with it? Each moment we have, goes away! How did we “spend” that moment? With a couple of other things that happened this morning (and last night too), I found myself drawn to this thought and it got me going today to see if I can “spend” my day doing more things that I know I need to do, want to do, get to do and of course, have to do.
