Well, I went back to back with today’s thoughts - leaning on The Mindfulness Meditation Institute (@TrainingMindful) again, because I saw an important need to share this. I know I need this reminder on a daily basis, and I know others do too. This message is “Let It Go. If you can’t do anything about it then let it go. Don’t be a prisoner to the things you can’t change.” This is something that I’ve been focusing in on that if I’m looking back too often on things that I’ve done, not done, said, didn’t say, etc., that I need to grab onto the lesson to help me be better & then move on. Again, where are my feet at? I’m here. Right now, I’m where I’m at. The choices I’ve made in my life have helped to guide me where I’m at today. That’s what I need to focus on, so that my day can be great and that helps my tomorrows be great too. That way I will have a better connection to my past, a stronger one, one that has a more powerful & positive impact on my future, “todays”. Again, this message hit me strong, so I figured that others might find it helpful too. Thanks for listening.
