Once again, lessons pop up when I need them and it’s also connected to the fact that I still need to learn (or relearn) these important lessons again. Remember - Lesson repeated, until lesson learned. This teachable moment comes from Reads with Ravi (@readswithravi) “Bigger dreams call for healthier habits and healthier habits require more self discipline.” The reason this spoke right to me was that I was just thinking about this last night. Telling myself (instead of listening to myself), that I needed to get back on track with my habits and that I know I need to tighten up the “self discipline belt” a little bit.
