Have you ever felt that nagging sensation that you're meant for more, but something invisible holds you back? Lucie Ptasznik knows this feeling intimately. From a city girl with an impossible horse dream to building a seven-figure equestrian business, her journey reveals the extraordinary power of perseverance and mindset transformation.

Lucie joins us to unpack the science of personal transformation through rewiring our subconscious mind. She elegantly explains how our outer reality perfectly mirrors our inner world—our thoughts, beliefs, and the stories we tell ourselves. "We can't change what we're unaware of," Lucie explains, offering profound insights into breaking free from unconscious programming that keeps us stuck in limiting patterns of focus, physiology, and language.

The conversation takes a fascinating turn as Lucie explores meditation as a powerful tool for awareness, helping us recognize that we are not our thoughts but the observers of them. This simple shift grants us the ability to choose our thoughts deliberately, transforming our entire experience. Her practical advice on stepping outside comfort zones, surrounding ourselves with the right people, and maintaining a gratitude practice creates a roadmap anyone can follow to create meaningful change.

What makes this episode particularly valuable is Lucie's authentic perspective on failure. Rather than something to avoid, she reframes failure as the necessary path to growth—a refreshing counter to cultural programming that teaches us to fear mistakes. Her personal story of getting bucked off countless horses while pursuing her passion serves as a powerful metaphor for anyone hesitant to pursue their dreams.

Whether you're a podcaster feeling stuck, an entrepreneur facing roadblocks, or simply someone sensing there's more to life than your current experience, Lucie's wisdom will inspire you to launch your own "rocket of desire" and take inspired action toward your goals.

Let's dive into today's episodeand my guest today is .
Lucie is a national speaker, coach and serial entrepreneur

(00:46):
who helps people transform theiridentity and rewire and rewire
their subconscious mind to takemassive action towards their
goals.
She challenges entrepreneursand business professionals to
step outside of their comfortzone, to dream big which we all

of themselves mentally,physically, financially and

(01:10):
spiritually.

, welcome to the podcast.

Lucie (01:22):
Good morning, excited and grateful to be here.
Thank you so much for having metoday, carl.

Carl (01:27):
I'm so glad you're here.
How many lives are we going totransform today?

Lucie (01:31):
As many as possible, let's do this.

Carl (01:34):
You didn't give me a number.
That's a good thing, becausethat leaves it open to helping
as many people as we can.
So firstly, congratulations onthat over 50 podcast guesting
opportunities that you've hadand the lives that you've
changed in the process.
Big congratulations to that.
What led you to the podcastingspace?

Lucie (01:53):
I wanted to figure out how I could serve on a bigger
platform, how I could positivelyimpact more people.
How can I get on more stagesfaster and expand that reach?
And podcasting just seemed tobe the logical next step.
How can I get on more stagesfaster and expand that reach?
And podcasting just seemed tobe the logical next step.
You can go to, you can speak infront of a chamber of commerce
or in front of different youknow HRs for different companies

(02:20):
, but there's nothing like, Imean these podcasts that have
been broadcasted from Tokyo, from Australia, from the UK, so
you're just playing on a globalscale, essentially.

Carl (02:29):
I like how you alluded to the fact that a podcast is a
stage.
I've been advocating this for Iwant to say eons, but it hasn't
been quite that long but forquite some time to really move
speakers and even entrepreneursforward, and they're thinking
that a podcast is a speakingopportunity much like being on a
stage.
It's a little bit moreconvenient because you don't

(02:51):
have to leave your office orhouse, you don't have to travel,
there's no lost luggage, there's none of those things.
I love the physical stage and Iknow you do too, but it
certainly is a great opportunityto help and reach more people.
So congratulations and kudos tothat.
You help people transform, tomove from where they are to
where they want to be, and wedon't mean as a travel agent,

(03:11):
but we mean in many, manydifferent ways.
So tell us about the thingsthat you do professionally.

Lucie (03:17):
Yeah.
So a little bit of backgroundis that I grew up in the city.
I was a little girl with a bigdream and, just like Napoleon
Hill says, the starting pointfor all achievement is a burning
desire.
And I can say with absoluteclarity that, from before I can
remember, I was obsessed withhorses.
So naturally I would beg my dadday in and day out dad, please,

(03:40):
buy me a horse.
But, as fate would have it, myparents were blue collar workers
.
My mom had two factory jobs.
Horses were just out of therealm of possibilities.
So, long story short, I endedup by the time I was 16, I made
a Craigslist ad saying I'll rideyour horse for free.
I had all these Yahoo's callingme with their unbroke, green
broke horses.
I had absolutely no training orformal riding education, so I'm

(04:05):
driving out to all these farms.
Next thing, you know, I'mgetting bucked off these horses.
And it was definitely a failingforward process where you live
and you learn and, just likesome of the best brilliant
business minds will say, they'renot where they are today
because of sheer luck, it'sbecause they failed more times
than most.
And I'm not where they aretoday because of sheer luck,
it's because they failed moretimes than most.

(04:25):
And I'm not where I am today.
I'm not the rider.
I am today because I got lucky.
It's because I took the riskand I failed and even though I
got thrown off the horse overand over again, I still gave it
another try and just stayedlaser focused on the goal.
So I ended up quitting mycorporate job to pursue my

(04:45):
passion of horses full-time,which everybody thought was
crazy.
My parents again are old school, so they're like you're going
to give up this comfy, cozycorporate job that people have
worked their entire lives withfull benefits, paid vacation, to
sell horses?
And I'm like dad, I have to.
I don't know if any of yourlisteners have ever just felt
like they're meant for more.

(05:06):
They're living this likecomfortable, kind of like
mediocre life, waking up everysingle day, snoozing the alarm,
fighting rush hour traffic andgoing to a job.
That is just not it.
You're just not satisfied.
It's not your passion.
And so I took a leap of faith, achance on myself, and I quit my
corporate job and essentially Iwas able to build and scale a

(05:27):
seven-figure business where Inow buy, train and sell horses
all over the country, and Iopened up one of Michigan's
largest public trail ridingcompanies, just because I wanted
to share my passion with theworld and what I discovered
along this path.
And I'm not saying all of thisto say, oh hey, look at me.
I'm sharing this with youbecause if I can do it, that

(05:49):
means that you can do it as well.
And along the path, I have justbeen studying all sorts of
material along the lines ofquantum physics, and now I'm
obsessed with teaching peoplehow to leverage the laws of the
universe to very intentionallycreate the life of your dreams,
and that is by way ofreprogramming your subconscious

(06:11):
mind, because our outer world isthe perfect reflection of our
inner world and all changebegins with us.
So that's really the messagethat I teach, preach and want to
share with the world, andthat's how I became inspired to
really get on all of thesepodcasts.
And just here I am trying topositively impact as many people

(06:34):
around the world as possible.

Carl (06:35):
And that, folks, is Lucie's
TED Talk.
There, you have it right there.
I'm just kidding, but thattells a story unto itself.
It tells the journey of Iwanted to do this.
I had to convince dad and momfirst that I wanted this thing.
But that tells a story untoitself.
It tells the journey of Iwanted to do this.
I had to convince dad and momfirst that I wanted this thing.
I get this thing.
I fail, I fail, I fail.
I fail.
By the way, full disclosure.
My parents still don't knowwhat I do.
I try and explain it to themand they're like we don't know

(06:57):
what you do.
Are you OK?
Do you need money?
But it's true, it's true, wedon't know outside of what our
comfort zone is usually and wecan only see so far ahead.
And I'm glad that you're doingthe work that you're doing,
because more people, I believe, need to start not just dreaming

(07:19):
and leaving it at a dream, butthey need to start dreaming big
and moving their lives forwardcloser to their dreams.
And I've had the opportunity todo some training with John
Assaraf.
He does a lot of brainretraining, neuroplasticity.

Lucie (07:29):
I love him, I love him.

Carl (07:32):
It's in line with the work that you're doing too right,
Because it's all about.
I mean, it's not just theneuroplasticity piece, but it's
all about the.
Again, we're simplifying thishere, but if you can dream it,
you can have it.
It's just a what are the stepsor what are the things that you
need to do, what's the clutteryou need to clear in your head
and what are the old habits youneed to get to all of those
things.
So the fact that you're doingthis is phenomenal, and the

(07:52):
reason why we're having thisconversation today is because
and, by the way, congratulationson your journey, firstly, and
for bringing this messaging tous but it's because there are so
many people that come into thebusiness world or the podcasting
world and they have the best ofintentions or the dreams there,
and then something happens andit derails whatever that is it

(08:16):
could be.
They don't get the numbers theyexpect, they have a bad guest
that joins them or it seems toodifficult, it seems like it's
too complicated, too hard, sothey just don't do.
And you're here to change thatin people in many ways.

Lucie (08:35):
Yes, inspired action.
I love it.
That is where the magic liesand it's really again, just like
you said, stepping outside ofyour comfort zone and building
that belief.
I like to say that belief iswhat bridges the gap between
where you are and where you wantto be, because you can know
with absolute clarity.
You can have a vision writtenout, you can be reading it.

(08:55):
You can have a vision writtenout, you can be reading it.
However, if you don't believethat you're worthy, that you're
capable, that you're enough, then there's always going to be
a vibrational discrepancybetween where you're at and
where you want to be, what youhave and the thing that you most
long for.
So when we're able to reallybuild the belief in ourselves,

(09:17):
then that has to do withshifting our paradigm, shifting
our belief system, and then, once we change the inner world,
that's when we start to see theouter world reflect that change.

Carl (09:28):
I love it.
Why is it, though, that so manyof us feel like we're stuck and
we're just never going to getthere?
What is it?
That's, what's the crux of it.

Lucie (09:37):
I like to say that if people are feeling stuck, it's
because they're stuck in a story, and what I mean by that is
that we are all programmed, weall have unconscious programs
that run our life and we all getstuck in these patterns.
So if we take a step back andreally analyze our lives, we'll
start to see that our life ismade up of nothing more than a

(09:58):
sequence of different patternsand behaviors on repeat.
We are, by nature, creatures ofhabit and we, like, do the same
thing in the morning and theafternoon and the night, and
then what happens is naturallywe'll fall into patterns,
patterns of focus, and what wefocus on is what we feel.
So a lot of us we get jaded, whether we're conditioned by

(10:19):
maybe our past, our childhood, our parents' beliefs, any sort
of traumas that we've livedthrough, and so these patterns
will show up in shaping the wayour perspective, the way we see
things, what we choose to focuson.
Are we seeing the beauty andabundance that surrounds us, or
are we constantly looking forwhat's wrong?
And so pattern of focus is one.

(10:40):
Then we have patterns ofphysiology how we're moving our
body, our minds and our body areintimately connected.
I mean, all we have to do isclose our eyes and imagine
biting into a lemon and ourmouth will immediately begin to
salivate.
And so the same thing, you know, we can choose to operate in
high vibrational emotions likelove and excitement and bliss,

(11:00):
and joy and gratitude, or we canchoose, unintentionally, to
operate in feelings of grief, ofoverwhelm, of frustration, of
guilt.
And anytime we're operating infear, lack or scarcity, we are
not going to be making the samedecisions we would, as if we
were operating in a peakemotional state.

(11:22):
So if we notice that we'reoperating in a lower vibrational
state, the quickest, fastest, easiest thing we can do to
elevate our vibration, to raiseour vibe, to lift our mood, is
our body.
Move your body.
Get up, walk outside in natureMaybe you put some music on,
start dancing, phone a friend, just move.
And then the third thing is thepatterns of language, because

(11:44):
language is really what shapesour perception of the world and
so many people will use andpeople don't understand that
when we talk about.
We live in a vibrationaluniverse, we live in an
attraction-based universe.
You don't attract what you want, you attract what you are.
And then it's like if we knowthat everything's made of energy
, then we have to take intoconsideration that our thoughts

(12:04):
are powerful and our words arepowerful.
And so then, once you trulyunderstand and embrace that,
then you'll start to payattention to the thoughts that
you're thinking and the wordsthat you're using, the language
that you're engaging in, andit's not only just about the
people that you're surroundingyourself with, but it's also
that internal dialogue.
What's that little voice inyour head doing?

(12:24):
Is it tearing you down andtelling you're not good enough,
or is it celebrating you in allof your victories?
So I think, once you understanda lot of that, then you start
to understand why it is peoplefeel stuck.
It's really unpacking all ofthe unconscious patterns and
then interrupting them andreplacing them with something

(12:45):
that's going to serve them at ahigher level.

Carl (12:47):
And this happens overnight , right.

Lucie (12:49):
Instantly.
There's a magic wand that yousend clients.

Carl (12:54):
That is $11 billion.
They just wave it a couple oftimes and everything falls into
place, right?
Yeah, no, I'm kidding of timesand everything falls into place,
right?
Yeah, no, I'm kidding, ofcourse.
But I'm glad how you mentionedthe language piece, because I
didn't realize how strong andhow influential language is
until I'll say his name again.
Maybe I'll get a royalty formentioning his name on my

(13:15):
podcast, I don't know, or maybehe'll want to be on my podcast,
who knows?
But?
But I remember doing brainretraining with John Assaraf and
him saying something along thelines of I'm paraphrasing,
because it was a fairly lengthyprogram, but I remember him
saying something like instead ofsaying, for example because a
lot of people use this languagein everyday speak, instead of

(13:36):
saying I'm so broke, is theretoo much month left at the end
of the money Instead of sayingI'm broke even if that's the
reality, if I can use that wordjust to paint the picture here
instead of saying that, flip thescript and say I have
everything I need or I'm livingin abundance, or whatever the

(13:57):
terminology is.
I'm just a little short on cashright now, and it's amazing how
.
And money is energy too right?
We're not going to do a deepdive into that.
But it's amazing how, flippingthe script or using certain
words that you wouldn't eventhink to flip the script on, but
that's one that's stuck in myhead.
The other one and I've I'vegotten good at training my

(14:20):
spouse to play the game with me,because it's not a game, it's
life, right.
But to really follow my patternwith this, when I'll say,
instead of saying the word if,say the word when, especially
when we're thinking about if weever go on vacation in Mexico,
or if we ever do this, or if we,no, no, no, it's not if it's
when, if it's that strong adesire, it's not a matter of if,

(14:43):
it's a matter of when, and eventhose, that's a simple word.
But how often do we use theword if?
Instead it's if this happens,or if this lines up, then
everything else will fall intoplace.
So we're in this world of ifs,we're in this world of.
So we're in this world of ifs,we're in this world of being in
the place where we can't changewhat we're unaware of.

Lucie (15:29):
So in that, that is why I am such a huge proponent of
meditation, because thedefinition of meditation means
to become aware of oneself.
And meditation what it does isit allows you to quiet your mind
and release all resistance.
And when we talk aboutresistance, it is quieting that
voice in your head that'sconstantly tearing you down or
telling you that you're not goodenough, or reminding you of all
of the difficulties, all of thestruggles, all of the things

(15:49):
that are on your to-do list thatyou don't feel like doing, you
don't desire to do.
And really letting all of thatgo.
It's letting go of all of theworry, all of the fear, the
guilt, the stress, the overwhelm, the overthinking, and really
just allowing your cork to rise,if you will.
And so it's kind of like if youtake a cork and you hold it
underwater and then you let goof it, you release it, it's

(16:11):
going to immediately begin toraise, so just like our
vibration.
And so all it is is quietingyour mind, focusing on your
breath, and in that focusedbreathing, what?
And there's a bunch ofdifferent meditations.
I like to encourage people.
It's kind of like a smorgasbord.
If you go to a buffet, you wantto try a little bit of
everything right.

(16:32):
Same thing with meditations.
There's mantra meditations,there's guided, there's
abundance meditations, there'sbreathing meditations, there's
walking, there's all sorts ofdifferent meditations.
You got to try a little bit ofeverything find out what your
flavor is, find out what bestsuits you and how you feel
afterwards as the day unfolds, and then but the key is really
to like to say, like you, focuson your breathing, and

(16:53):
eventually a thought or an ideais going to creep its way in,
and that's what I hear a lot ofpeople say they struggle with.
They're like well, I just can'tstop thinking, I can't turn my
mind off and I'm just likeperfect, that means that you're
doing it right, because whathappens is that thought is going
to creep in, and then theacknowledgement of that thought,
and then lovingly releasing it,and then coming back to your

(17:16):
breath, and then, whether it'sfive, 10, 15 seconds later guess
what?
Another thought is going to popin.
We're not dead.
And then again, the power is inacknowledging that that thought
has came into your mind insteadof falling down like the rabbit
hole of like oh, I got to pickthe kids up in the wind, then I
got to go to the grocery storeand, oh, what am I going to cook
, oh, and I forgot to go to themailbox or the post office, and

(17:48):
so, and even if you fall downthat rabbit hole, be like, oh
wait, I'm thinking again.
And in that, what it does is itgives you the power of
awareness, allowing you torealize that you are not your
thoughts, you are the observerof your thoughts.
And then, once you figure outthat you're not your thoughts
and that you can control them, then you start to see that you
can pick and choose whichthoughts you would like to think
at any given moment.
Then you start to realize thatyou can pick and choose your
words.
You can also pick and chooseyour emotions.

(18:09):
And I know this is crazy, because a lot of people are like
he lied to me or he did mewrong or he stole from me.
I have every right to be upset,to be furious, to be hurt, to
be sad, and people will stepinto the victim mode to validate
their lower vibrationalfeelings.
And instead of that, if we'reable to shift our focus, shift

(18:30):
our perspective and start to seethings from a different angle,
just like Dr Wayne Dyer says, once we begin to change the way
we look at things, wayne Dyersays, once we begin to change
the way we look at things, thethings we look at change, and
that's when miracles start tohappen, because, instead of
living inside of this victimmentality, we start to step into

(18:50):
our power, embracing radicalresponsibility and truly
accepting the idea that we arethe powerful, magnificent
creators of our own reality.
And, just like you said, if ourmind can conceive an idea and
believe it, it can absolutelyachieve it.

Carl (19:06):
I love this.
We could talk all day aboutthis, but I certainly want to
bring it back to.
You've shared so much valuableinformation here and I want to
bring it back to the importanceof what you're sharing and why
for podcasters or speakers, orpeople who you know are even
entrepreneurs who are eitherpodcasters or speakers, find

(19:28):
themselves stuck.
And how do they get unstuck?
Firstly, how do we step outsideof our comfort zone?
That's a I don't want to sayit's easy, but but that's one
that we always I mean, I wasalways taught not always, but,
but in my business journey I wasalways taught get comfortable,
being uncomfortable.
But is there a process to?
I mean, we talked aboutmeditation, but are there other

(19:49):
baby steps that we should betaking to stepping outside of
our comfort zone, to get closerto that dream, that target?
Yeah, yeah.

Lucie (19:59):
So there's quite a few things.
I think the first thing isreally identifying what you're
afraid of.
That's the first thing, andusually what we're most afraid
of is probably what we shouldrun towards, and I know that
sounds ridiculous and terrifying, but growth doesn't happen
inside of our comfort zonesNever has, never will.

(20:20):
Dr Wayne Dyer says that we'renot human beings having a
spiritual experience.
We're spiritual beings having ahuman experience, and the
spirit is meant to grow.
It's meant to expand and evolve.
We're not meant to be doingliving the same monotonous lives
, day in and day out, feelingunfulfilled and full of fear,

(20:44):
day in and day out, feelingunfulfilled and full of fear.
And the first thing that wehave to do is we have to become
aware of the limiting beliefsthat we carry and list out all
of our fears.
And so then it's like, once welist them out, then we have to
ask ourselves is that reallytrue?
And sometimes people will belike, well, yeah, kind of, but
is it really true?
And so then, once you can bringtruth to those limiting beliefs

(21:07):
or those fears, then again it'sthat awareness and really for
anybody who's struggling, theyfeel like they can't.
There's a lot of differentthings that they can do, like I
said, identifying those fears.
But then it's all aboutsurrounding yourself, putting
yourself in environments inclose proximity with the people
who are where you want to be,the people who are doing the

(21:30):
things that you want, because weare the five people who we hang
out with the most.
And so, if we want a betterlife, your network is your net
worth.
As you know, if we invest thetime not only in surrounding
ourselves with the people wewant to be with, but getting a
coach or a mentor and we'retalking about somebody who's 10

(21:51):
steps ahead of us, who's beenthere, done that and that's
really how you're going tocollapse timelines.
Because then, even when you'reafraid of what you know, you're
afraid of the unknown, you'reafraid of failure, afraid of
what could go wrong, you'reafraid of what other people will
think If you have that coach orthat mentor that's been there,

(22:12):
done that, and they can, kind oflike, hold your hand through
the fire and let you know thatyou're okay, that you're on the
right path, that you're doingexactly what you need to be path
, that you're doing exactly whatyou need to be, and if there is
a difficulty or an obstaclethat presents itself.
You have that leg up with thatperson who has the experience.
So those are a couple of thethings that I would encourage
people to look into, as well as,obviously, gratitude, because

(22:36):
if you don't have a gratitudepractice that you're doing every
single day, the gratitudepractice is really what shifts
your focus and allows you to seethe good, see the beauty, the
blessings, the abundance, themiracles in everyday life.

Carl (22:51):
I love it and I think it's so easy to get hung up too, and
these are great, especially thegratitude piece, but I think
it's so easy for us to beatourselves up.
We get stuck on failure becausewe've been taught from a very
young age that failure is a badthing.
If you get a bad grade inschool, I mean, I can remember
if you got a D or an E or an For whatever you had a bad mark,

(23:13):
it wasn't good and not good isbad, right.
So we're taught that failure isbad.
We're not taught that failureis a positive step towards
growth.
And, by the way, if you'venoticed, in the conversation
I've been having with Lucie, howmany times Lucie flipped the
script or given the example of?

(23:34):
You know, Dr.
Wayne Dyer says this and thisand she's flipping the script.
So it is possible for you toslip the script If you're a
podcaster, if you're a speakerand you're hearing this today,
or even if you want to be apodcaster.
There are people who arelistening to the show that would
love to step in the podcastarena, that are fearful, afraid
of failure, not sure whatthey're doing, t ito to take

(24:04):
some of Lucie's teachingsteachings, what she's sharing
today, and say, yeah, you knowwhat, I can do this because it's
so easy,Lucie L, and I'm sureyou'll agree with me.
It's so easy, when we're inthat or taking the step forward
into the growth space, to do theblame game, to say, well, I
can't do this because my parentsdid this or my teacher did this
, or la, la, la la, I'm not goodenough.
You know the imposter syndrome.
It's too easy to play the blamegame.

Lucie (24:24):
So easy.
I like to say that we're eitherliving from a memory of the
past or a vision of the future, and we can choose what we want
our life to look like you seeLucie just just flipped the
script right there.

Carl (24:37):
By the way, you see how she did that, thank you.
I had to stop you right therejust because you did it.
That's a solid example of whatI was talking about.
Do keep going.

Lucie (24:49):
I think that I really do believe that inspired action is
where the magic happens, andthat's why, again, I'm going to
just like briefly referencemeditation again is because if
we talk about like if praying isspeaking to god, meditating is
listening to god, and gettingthose divine downloads and

(25:10):
getting those like intuitivenudges to go to the grocery
store and you're like, oh, Ithink I'm craving watermelon or
whatever it could be, and sothen you go to the store and
then they're out of watermelon.
You're like I really want, I'mgoing to go to the other
expensive market becausenothing's going to stop my
watermelon craving.
So then you go to the store andthen they're out of watermelon.
You're like I really want one,I'm going to go to the other
expensive market becausenothing's going to stop my
watermelon craving.
So then you go to the expensivemarket to look for the
watermelon and then, sure enough, you're in line checking out

(25:32):
with the watermelon in hand andthe person in front of you is
like, who knows, maybe he's gothis own podcast show with
100,000 listeners, and he's like, oh my God, I was just thinking
that I wanted some water.
And then you have thiswonderful conversation about
watermelon, you guys, and he'slike wow, you have beautiful
energy, I love your vibe, Iwould love to have you on my

(25:53):
guest.
Then it's all you know thecoincidence, and it's like
there's no such thing ascoincidences.
Coincidence comes it's amathematical term that comes
from geometry when you have twocoinciding angles.
And what is it?
When you have two coincidingangles, that means that they fit
perfectly together.
So, again, no such thing ascoincidences.
But when we talk about thosedivine downloads and taking

(26:15):
inspired action, when you'reafraid of something let's say
you've always wanted to startyour podcast or you've always
wanted to guest on a podcast thespace has always interested you
and intrigued you, but youdon't know where to start or
what to do.
The main goal is to just do itafraid, do it scared, do it
anyways, believe in yourself, take the leap of faith, and if

(26:37):
you have friends who are doingit in the space, excellent.
If you don't, you can alwaysfind a mentor.
But really it's again being inthat receiving mode, if you will
, to take inspired action andall of a sudden you do something
that doesn't really seem likeit has anything to do with the
one thing.
But then you're in the rightplace at the right time,

(26:58):
surrounded by the right people, and doors of large opportunity
begin to open before you.
And it's like, oh my gosh, I'mmanifesting miracle after
miracle after miracle, becauseall you have to do is launch a
rocket of desire and say this iswhat I want, and then release
all of the resistance, let go ofthose limiting beliefs and

(27:18):
those fears that surround it,and then, once you do that,
you'll feel more empowered, moreinspired to take massive action
that's going to bring youcloser towards your goals,
towards your vision.
It's usually our belief system, our paradigm is what's getting
in the way of that, and so it'sreally rewiring your
subconscious mind to figure outokay, like, how can I train

(27:41):
myself to take action when I'mafraid anyways?

Carl (27:45):
Launch the rocket ship of desire.
I love it.
Can I coin that, or have youalready coined it?

Lucie (27:52):
I believe Abraham Hicks did oh darn.

Carl (27:54):
Okay, all right, so I have to think of my own expression
then.
Lucie Ptasznik, this has beenan amazing conversation.
I know you have some moreresources that you want to share
with people, so say what you'vegot.

Lucie (28:09):
Yeah.
So we have a 16 week program.
It helps people transform theiridentity intentionally, rewire
their subconscious mind so thatway they can start taking
massive action towards theirgoals.
And what we've done is we'vecondensed this into a two hour
training that's broken up into adigestible six part series.
So normally this retails on ourwebsite for a thousand dollars.

(28:30):
However, we have a specialpromo code for you and your
listeners.
The website is ultimate success, blueprintcom, and the promo
code is podcast solutions, andthe promo code is podcast
solutions and you're able todownload that at absolutely no
cost, totally for free, and it'sfull of different strategies
and techniques on essentiallyhow to get from where you're at

(28:54):
to where you want to be asquickly and effortlessly as
possible.

Carl (29:01):
And we'll make sure that that link is in the show notes.
Wow, what an amazingopportunity for people too, even
if it moves the needle forwarda little bit.
And then there's a need to haveanother follow-up call or dive
into some of your other servicesthat you have.
That's a phenomenal offer.
So thank you so much forpassing that along.
We'll make sure that link is inthe show notes, as well as all

Carl (29:34):
So it's good energy, then it's good energy, oh, top notch,
top notch, just checking inwith a good source.
I can't just call John Assarafon the phone.
Yet that's three times I'veused his name.
Come on, John, maybe he's goingto be on the show.
Who knows, when he's on theshow, how about that?
But e l before l let you goLucie Ptasznik, I'll
give you the final thought.

Lucie (29:55):
I think the final thought of the day is really just
taking radical responsibilityfor your thoughts, your words,
your emotions, your reactions, and really understanding that
you're a powerful, magnificentcreator of your own reality.
So if you want something, guys, don't let fear stand in the way
and know that you are capable, you are worthy and you

(30:17):
absolutely deserve what it isthat you desire.
