Para él, la apicultura debe priorizar la calidad sobre la cantidad, apostando por apiarios pequeños y respetuosos con el entorno. En esta charla conoceremos más sobre este enfoque, el papel de las abejas como polinizadoras en ecosistemas agrícolas y la producción de miel ecológica.
