Two years ago I couldn't put my coat on without help (frozen shoulder). Yesterday I completed my 100th strength training workout this year. I KNOW! The last six months of getting stronger have had this huge ripple effect on how I am approaching the rebuild of my coaching practice. These five business lessons have come straight from the weight room: committing (when you don't quite trust the process), where the biggest gains have actually come from, what happens when you keep showing up, leaning on the right support, and remembering that we are always our first client.
