En este episodio de Código Emprendedor, te hablo de la reflexión que tuve tras una reunión, con un posible proveedor y una amiga. En la que se habló de un caso en el que una línea de negocio podría estar lastrando, muy probablemente, el éxito de un pequeño empresario que los tres conocíamos, y eso me hizo darme cuenta de hasta qué punto, en mí mismo, y posiblemente en tu caso también, podrías tener una línea de negocio, un producto o un servicio, que incluso aun siendo rentable, podría estar retrasando o reduciendo el posible éxito del resto de tu negocio.
Creo que es nuestra responsabilidad como empresarios, quitar las malas yerbas que tenemos en nuestro negocio, y dejar crecer aquellas que tienen más sentido y fuerza, aquellas que pueden aportar más valor a todos, a los clientes, a los colaboradores y a los socios.
