Datamotive fungeert als een customer data platform - een centrale plek waar alle klantinformatie samenkomt. Deze data wordt gebruikt voor website-voeding en marketing automation om de juiste persoon op het juiste moment het juiste bericht te sturen. Het platform heeft een universele 'stekkerdoos' ontwikkeld waarin verschillende systemen gekoppeld kunnen worden, inclusief unieke koppelingen met leasecalculatietools.
