Heather Jackson is the Co-Founder and President of the Realm of Caring Foundation (RoC), an internationally acclaimed non-profit primarily serving families who are dealing with life-limiting and chronic health conditions. Her mission, after helping her son transition from hospice to health, is to reimagine the way we think, talk, and respond to plant medicine and the people who use it.
