A partir de cierta edad nos entra el pánico. Tenemos tantos ejemplos a nuestro alrededor de gente que a partir de determinada edad empieza a «apagarse profesionalmente» que casi creemos que es la norma. Que es lo habitual.
Pero no es para nada así. Otra cosa es que haya muchos casos a los que podemos poner nombre y apellido pero no, no todo el mundo es igual.
Por eso hoy, a raíz del email de un oyente que me preguntaba cómo seguir siendo atractivo más allá de los 45 quiero reflexionar sobre mi forma de afrontar este paso que también me llegará a mi en algunos años.
