Leadership in children's ministries requires competence, skill, and spiritual wisdom. Our role requires us to serve children in the present, consider the preferred future for them and our ministries, and develop strategies for attaining our ministry goals. We serve families, support pastors, and equip teams. We also steward financial resources, ministry spaces, and the talents of our people.
