This week’s episode is a Bitesize episode.
Andrew starts by going over crop prices and conditions.
One of Andrews main worries is the possibility of second growth following the forecasted rain.
Andrew is hopeful that the weather this year will mean there is limited opportunities for ergot to form.
He advises farmers to sit back and wait instead of forward selling new crop cereals when they don’t yet know what the quality of their crop will be.
