خانم رکسانا ورزا مدیریت Station F، بزرگترین مرکز رشد استارتاپی دنیا در پاریس رو به عهده داره. خانم ورزا همچنین سابقه رهبری فعالیت‌های استارتاپی مایکروسافت در فرانسه رو به عهده داشته و جزو ۳۰ زن تاثیرگذار زیر ۳۰ سال در دنیای تکنولوژی توسط Business Insider در سال ۲۰۱۳ انتخاب شده.
خانم ورزا متولد ۱۹۸۵ در پالو آلتو، کالیفرنیا هست و در دانشگاه UCLA رشته ادبیات فرانسه رو گذرونده. ایشان همچنین دوره کارشناسی ارشد خودش رو به صورت همزمان در دو رشته تجارت بین الملل و سیاست اقتصادی در دانشگاه‌های London School of Economics و Sciences Po Paris دنبال کرده.
