נפגשתי עם דורון גולדנברג, הבעלים של פירמה, אחת מחברות המיתוג הגדולות בישראל,
דורון סיים את בצלאל בשנת 2002, והלך להיות ארט דירקטור אצל שלמור אבנון עמיחי. ואחרי שנתיים וחצי הוא פתח את פירמה עם השותף שלו אלעד משען, ומאז ועד היום הם הובילו יותר מ-700 תהליכי מיתוג, מעסיקים כ-50 עובדים ומחפשים כל הזמן דרכים להתחדש ולהציע ערך.
על הדרך כמובן שדיברנו על מצבן העגום של חברות הפרוייקטים, ועל ההזדמנות הגדולה שלהן לתפוס מקום חשוב ומשמעותי בעולם העסקים. דיברנו על חווית לקוח (CX), על ביזנס דיזיין ועל עוד תחומים ותפקידים חדשים שלא הכרנו לפני שנה. אנחנו לא מכירים הרבה משרדי עיצוב ומיתוג שהצליחו לשרוד בשני העשורים האחרונים, אז הפרספקטיבה שלו מרתקת.
