אחת התנועות החשובות שאנחנו לא מקדישים להן מספיק תשומת לב היא התנועת ה NO CODE, זאת שמאפשרת לאנשים ללא רקע בתכנות לבנות מוצרים דיגיטליים די משוכללים בשבריר מהזמן הדרוש בשיטות המסורתיות.
נפגשתי עם עדן וידאל, הפאונדר של הכלי RELATE לדבר על המהפכה הזאת והדברים שיהיו לו לומר הפילו לי את הלסת כמה פעמים במהלך השיחה. לשאלה של האם מעצבים צריכים לתכנת הוא עונה במהופך, האם מתכנתים צריכם לעצב?

והציר השני הוא התפתחות שפות תכנות שונות, החל משפת מכונה, הבנויה בקוד בינארי של אפס ואחד, ועד לפריימוורקים הכי משוכללים של ג’אווהסקריפט. לטענותו לשים ממשק מעל שפת תכנות היא רמה מאוד גבוהה של בשלות, ולכן מה שאנחנו רואים שוובפלואו עושה ל-HTML ומה שפריימר מנסים לעשות ל-REACT ועוד אוסף גדול של כלים שנמצאים בשלבים שונים של פיתוח, הוא מהפכה אמיתית, והולכים לשנות מהיסוד את האופן שבו אנחנו עובדים.
