Karan Nijhawan is the founder of JUBE, which stands for Just Be. He's built his business through investing in his relationships and creating vulnerable conversations, through an unconventional strategy of hosting dinners.
Karan has hosted over 150+ dinners for companies like TedX, Forbes and Evio Beauty to help them build relationships with their community and now is on a journey to redefine what company culture truly is.
In this episode, we talk about the dichotomy of uprooting and moving to a new city, how the pandemic has taught Karan how little he needs to be happy, and how holding onto comfort prevents growth. We also explore relationships, love, and the power of perspective. Enjoy!
