Missing Fisherman Found Dead

Missing kayaker found dead after empty kayak discovered on Lake Marion. Authorities say they recovered the body of a missing kayaker on Sunday after the discovery of an empty kayak a day earlier. Officials continued their search for the missing person on Sunday after the kayak was discovered on Saturday afternoon in Lake Marion. Authorities said on Sunday that they had identified the owner and were using cell phone data to help to help find where the person may have gone into the water. On Sunday evening, authorities confirmed that a dive team using sonar had recovered the missing kayaker. The missing kayaker was found dead in Lake Marion Sunday afternoon.
