Aspartam, sukraloza, acesulfam K, sacharyna to jedne z najpopularniejszych sztucznych substancji słodzących (sztucznych słodzików). Ich stosowanie jest uznawane za bezpieczne w dopuszczonych dawkach przez EFSA. Pojawiają się jednak kontrowersje - m.in. decyzja WHO o uznaniu aspartamu za prawdopodobnie rakotwórczy, badania wykazujące negatywny wpływ sukralozy na wrażliwość insulinową, czy mikrobiotę jelitową, itp. Czy napoje zero są szkodliwe? Czy pomagają w odchudzaniu? W dzisiejszym odcinku omawiam wpływ słodzików na zdrowie.
