Mix motivation, business tips, and interviews with female entrepreneurs on how to use summer energy to plan ahead, reflect, or pivot.

Erin is the artist and owner behind Waves of Prana, handmade jewelry and art that mix good vibes with natural beauty. Each hand crafted Amplified Energy Pendants™ is a crystal‑filled resin piece, with little botanical, celestial, and whimsical touches—each one is made to help you feel uplifted, surround you in a protective aura and feel connected to your own personal magic!

Unearthing the transformative power of crystals with Erin Kinkin, founder of Waves of Prana, we journey through the fascinating connection between crystal energy, artistic expression, and personal equilibrium.

Erin's path began as a child digging for treasures in her backyard, sensing the special energy of each quartz and pyrite she discovered. A pivotal gift of Lemurian quartz from her grandmother at age ten sparked a lifelong relationship with crystals that eventually blossomed into a unique artistic enterprise. After becoming a mother, Erin discovered something remarkable – embedding crystals within resin not only created beautiful pendants but actually amplified the stones' energetic properties, surrounding the wearer with an enhanced field of that specific energy.

The conversation weaves through the delicate balance of divine masculine and feminine energies, particularly relevant for entrepreneurs and parents navigating today's chaotic world. Both women share candid reflections on managing stress, unblocking creative energy, and finding moments of peace amid daily tumult. As Erin eloquently puts it, "Peace is not being in a quiet environment. Peace is being in the middle of chaos and finding the peace within your heart." This profound insight anchors practical discussions about using breath work, yoga postures like fish pose, and crystal energy to maintain equilibrium when life feels overwhelming.

Particular attention is given to specific crystals and their properties – from amazonite for divine feminine balance to black tourmaline for empath protection to the powerful combination of turquoise and pearl for spiritual connection and tranquility. Discover how these ancient earth treasures can serve as both energetic tools and physical reminders of your deepest intentions, helping you return to center even on your most challenging days. Connect with Waves of Prana on Instagram to explore Erin's stunning crystal creations and learn about her upcoming "crystal prescription" service for personalized energetic support.

As always, it is my honor tohold space with you and today we

(00:56):
have a very, very special guest, erin Kinkin, and she is going
to be one of my favoriteinterviews, I can tell already,
simply because we get to geekout on all things crystal.
So she has.
She is an entrepreneur, a momand a full time doer of all the
things, because she has been inbusiness now for a number of

(01:19):
years and her business iscreating beautiful artwork and
pieces of jewelry.
Business is creating beautifulartwork and pieces of jewelry
and I will let her get into allof the aspects of what she
creates based on energeticfrequency, based on the
frequency of the crystals, howshe got into it, and I will let
her share all that with you.
But I hope I did some honor toyou in that introduction, erin.

(01:40):
Thank you so much.

Speaker 3 (01:41):
Thank you.
I felt so special.
Thank you so much.
That was so kind.
Well, it's so lovely to be herewith you too.
I felt so special.
Thank you so much.
That was so kind.
Well, it's so lovely to be herewith you too.
I'm so excited to learn moreabout all the things you're
doing, because you have a lot ofthings you're accomplishing and
doing.
It's incredible.
We already talked about thecrystals, and we have a lot to.
We have a lot in common.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
We do.
We have tons in common.
So I am very excited that yourmom brought us together and I
love the divine female energythat came together.

Speaker 3 (02:11):
She's a very strong woman.
She's been very pivotal in myjourney towards creating this
business and being interested incrystals, so she's definitely
been like a figurehead to likeguide me towards this.
We just, you know we had veryinteresting conversations as a
kid and she's very open minded,so she is she's.

Speaker 2 (02:21):
Your mom is awesome.
Your mom is awesome.
I love her, I love her so shoutout, shout out to us um.
So how did you get started intoyour affinity for crystals?

Speaker 3 (02:30):
yeah, so I it started when I was a child.
I was a kid in the backyarddigging in the ground, finding
quartz, finding pyrite, knew it,knowing it was special, you
know, thinking it was treasure.
It is.
But I knew there was an energyto it and but then my the very
pivotal time was when my grandma, my dad's mom, gave me a piece
of Lemurian quartz.
At the time I just thought itwas a gorgeous, clear stone.

(02:52):
I was 10 and I've kept it withme all of these years.
Now I know it's Lemurian, whichis amazing, an ancient
civilization, very energetic.
But that was kind of a pivotaltime.
I started creating a collectionof stones probably around that
age.
My mom had gemology booksaround the house.
I would read those.
And then I went to college andkind of kept the stones with me

(03:14):
but I wasn't like super focusedon them.
I was studying other things.
And then when I graduated I hada very tumultuous time.
I was going to be moving toVirginia.
I wasn't necessarily tumultuous, but I was nervous to leave New
Jersey for the first time.
My mom took me to Three Buttonsin Frenchtown, which was owned
by Elizabeth Gilbert.
Yes, I love.

Speaker 2 (03:32):
Three Buttons, of course.
I've been there, you've beenthere.

Speaker 3 (03:35):
We have so much in common yes, it's the best, it's
the best, it was the best placeever and it's not there anymore,
but it's not well, at least ithasn't.
When I went, it wasn't thereanymore.
I don't know, maybe it's not, Idon't think it's there.
So we were like, oh my gosh, stumbled upon it 20, I think it
was 2013.
Yeah, and that's kind of when Ipicked out a bunch of stones

(03:55):
that I still have today in thecrystal, meaning like the tree
and like what it means, and thenI that really just pushed me
into this like journey of likerealizing, yes, I have all these
stones, but they all have theirown specific meaning.

Speaker 2 (04:06):
Yeah, and and and energy that they resonate, and
we're talking all about solarplexus, chakra and female
empowerment and, you know, tapping into your inner power
and your inner fire.
And citrine, just as a note, because you brought it up is
obviously one of the one of thefundamental crystals to support
your, your inner fire, your, yes, and your beautiful, beautiful
sun pendant, your solar plexusand all that, all that internal

(04:30):
feminine energy.
And in yoga they, the divinemasculine, is usually associated
with the sun, but I still thinkthat it doesn't Right.
Well, yes, so, but essentiallyin yoga there's two sides right
there's the lunar, feminine, receptive side, and the solar,
masculine side is generally leftfor feminine, right for
masculine.
But when we're talking aboutthe solar plexus chakra, that

(04:54):
that's kind of the center of itall, right, like that's.
That's the power center of thebody, no matter what you're
talking about.
So I think that's absolutelybeautiful and a wonderful
example of your work to showeveryone.
So thank you so much forwearing that, and it's citrine
inside.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
Yeah, actually, this was actually quartz, so this is
actually quartz with mica in it.
But I should have worn citrine.
I should have worn it today, and the other stone I was going
to wear was amazonite.
That's good for balancing thedivine feminine.

Speaker 2 (05:19):
Yep, I love amazonite , so tell me a little bit about
so.
So for you it's not it's.
I know you have multipledifferent aspects.
So you have pure crystaljewelry, but then you also have
you do something wonderful withresin that I'm not going to
pretend to understand.
So can you go into a little bitfor everybody what you're, a
little bit of your processwithout giving away trade

(05:40):
secrets of course and and justwhat you create because it's
absolutely beautiful.
Thank you so much well, yeah, sure.

Speaker 3 (05:48):
So I was introduced to um organite, actually once
again by my mom.
So organite she showed me apiece of organite which is an
emf protection device.
It's quartz and copper curedinto resin and the copper acts
as like a conductor of thequartz kind of.
The theory is to protect youfrom electromagnetic frequency
like 5g, um or you know, umwi-fi things like that.

(06:12):
People are nervous about havingtoo much of that near them and
they'll put like a organitepyramid near their computer
beautiful um, thank you, andhere's one.
Actually this is citrine there, you go.

Speaker 2 (06:21):
That was there, you go.
So it's there, we have it, wehave it.

Speaker 3 (06:24):
It's with us in, in spirit and in practice and I was
kind of creating like that, theorganite, specifically just
organite at first.
But then I strayed away from itbecause in organite it's only,
it's only really quartz.
Sometimes citrine is quartzreally too, but yeah, it's
obviously just a mineral insideof it.
But I started straying away andkind of going towards just
resin.
So I was doing huge resinpaintings.

(06:46):
I was very familiar with the,the resin as an art and like
doing ocean paintings.
But with when I had my first sonI realized I left my, my job
after he was born and I was juststarting to create things for
fun, smaller items, and Istarted carrying um quartz and
not not just quartz but alltypes of stones like lapis
lazuli, amazonite, citrine intoresin.

(07:07):
And when I would cure them inand make pendants for people I
loved, I realized the energyradiating from them was stronger
and I kind of went into thisprocess of like studying it,
wondering why and rememberinglike organite as well.
But this isn't organite, it'sjust stones in resin.
When the resin puts pressureand cures around the stone, it
amplifies the energy of thestone within and it effectively

(07:30):
surrounds you in like an aura ofthat energy.
So I do have like an amazonitehere which is very good for
divine feminine, and there'samazonite gold leaf just for
beauty and the resin and it'scalled I I called an amplified
energy and that is my littlelike trademark thing that I'm
doing now that I spoke with youabout earlier yeah,

(07:50):
congratulations yeah, thank youso much, you're welcome that's
awesome getting that settled,but it's uh, it's a really
interesting process of how it,how it works.
But I enjoy speaking with peopleand figuring out something that
like energy they need and wefind a crystal tailored for them
, and when I put it into theresin, um, and they wear it, um,
yeah, it amplifies the energy.
But it's also psychology whenyou're putting on a pendant of

(08:12):
an energy that you need, you'rereminding yourself of your own
inner power to be able toaccomplish, uh, what you want to
do, or follow your own pathyeah, it's a.

Speaker 2 (08:22):
It's a physical manifestation of intention.
Setting is how I look at it.

Speaker 3 (08:25):
Right and you can charge right.

Speaker 2 (08:28):
Yeah, and you can charge crystals with your
intention and energy.
Obviously, it's best to have acrystal that is in alignment
already, like if you need to begrounded using a black
tourmaline, something, you know, something to that effect, or
even like hematite, somethinglike that.
But but if you're looking for,you know, like you said, with

(08:50):
the Amazonite, something forbalancing or or or drive with
citrine, right, Like having thatintention and kind of knowing
enough, or talking to someonelike us, or starting to do your
own research into what kind ofcrystals can best support the
intention that you have foryourself, but first you have to
come up with that intention,right?
So, like you have to have thatsense of self awareness.
But I'm a firm believer.
You know everything has energy, right, In this, in this world,
everything has energy and I lovewe were talking a little bit

(09:13):
before we jumped on and youmentioned that even your quartz
countertops have energy and it'sand like that's something that
I will say with my other, withthe other business that I'm in,
that I never really think about, but it's so true.

Speaker 3 (09:23):
Yeah Right, I know I think about all the time you go
into see gorgeous quartzcountertop and I'm like this has
energy.
We have one in our kitchen.
I'm like touching it and my youknow, my husband, mike, he's
like what are you doing?
And I'm like this holds.

(09:45):
The stones carry so much energy, this ancient wisdom.
They were created by you know, the same creator that created us
by, like, god and mother nature.
It's, you know, it's all one.
But it's so fascinating, eventhe stones, like if you have a
gravel driveway, you pick themup.
It's like they may just lookgray and not special, but they
are, they have an energy they doit all, it all does and it's
all like.

Speaker 2 (10:00):
You know, that's just like, just like humans and just
like animals.
It's similar but it's different.
Right, we're all part of part ofthe same energy, but we all
have our little like snowflakeblueprint right and crystals are
very much the same even thesame kind of crystal carries its
own specific energy, right, um,and I I've, when I did have, I
have a piece of lemurian quartzas well and it is it's like you,

(10:21):
certain stones and this issomething that and I want to ask
about this but uh, that youkind of have to really tap into
yourself to be able to tune into.
Um, but I do love, like when Iheld the lemurian quartz for the
first time, I felt like I'mgonna use the word heavy, but I
don't mean heavy in a bad way, Imean heavy in a strong way.

(10:42):
It I mean heavy in a strong way.
It had, like weight, gravitas,if you will to it right and I
was able to feel that.
And then there are certain, likeI remember, I worked with an
energy healer many, many yearsago and she would say there are
stones.
She was like that stone thatCrystal doesn't like you, that
Crystal doesn't want to be,which exactly?

Speaker 3 (11:00):
that was kind of my reaction at the time too, I can
understand.

Speaker 2 (11:10):
Right.
But like, like you think aboutit and and I remember to that
effect, I was told, well, I wastold once that like, listen to
the crystal.
So like if you, for example, put a piece of jewelry on before
you leave the house and itfalls off, it doesn't, it
doesn't want to go with you, that day, that kind of thing.

Speaker 3 (11:22):
Yeah, it's like you have a bracelet on and you set
an intention into.
When it falls off, usually it'scome true or you don't need
that energy or you just don'tneed to be focusing on what that
intention was anymore.
It's not serving you.
It's a yeah, it's definitelylike a little like um wisdom
from the universe, kind oftelling you something we have to
pay attention to yeah, 100, 100.

Speaker 2 (11:41):
so do you have?
I mean I and so.
So I don't know if we'vetouched on it yet, but your,
your business that you'vecreated is waves of prana, and,
and I love the name.
Can you tell me a little bitabout how you came, kind of came
up with that name?

Speaker 3 (11:56):
Yeah, sure.
So I mean, as you know, pranais very big in yogic philosophy,
yeah, and the the energy, lifeforce, like the source of life
and flows through the chakras.
So I love that word, prana, Ilove it.
I think it's such a beautifulword.
It is a Hindu word and I wasreally into yoga at that time
too and I was like this is sucha beautiful word, I love to use

(12:18):
this word and I was making a lotof ocean paintings at the time,
so really at the the time itwas waves waves of like life,
but also like physical ocean, and it's life force, energy,
which is inside of us, like wealways have waves, whether it's
tumultuous or it's calm and kindof just pieced together in that
way.
So that's why I chose it.

Speaker 2 (12:37):
That's awesome.
I love that.

Speaker 3 (12:38):
I wanted people to remember that they have.
They each have prana inside ofthem, like we all have prana,
and you can access it throughyour setting your intentions and
you can align it throughsetting intentions.
And wearing a crystal can bekind of like your guide.

Speaker 2 (12:51):
So when you're putting the crystal on it's your
guide, but inside you reallyhave the power already to to
align yourself 100% and and oneof the reasons I mean yoga is a
huge you know there's lots ofdifferent ways to to help your,
to help your energy, right?
I'm a Reiki master as well.
So between yoga, between Reiki, between crystal energy, you
know there's so many differentways, but it starts with the

(13:14):
intention setting right.
It all starts with theself-awareness and the awareness
that you know you want to feelbetter.
For a lot of people, I think, when it comes to yoga
specifically, and then whenyou're moving into and that's
kind of like the I call it thegateway right, like the gateway
drug is is yoga for forenergetic experiences, right,
because it gets you feeling intoyour body.

(13:35):
Because, let's face it, if youare not someone who has a
practice of, of that depth offeel or that kind of closing
down the outside world, to kindof tune in, if you go into a
crystal shop and you pick up acrystal, you may not feel a lot
out of the gate, and I thinkthat some people have like a
blockage, or there are peoplethat don't believe that crystals

(13:56):
do anything and it's like, well, physically, they prove that
they carry an energy field.
If you, if you attach anelectrode to certain crystals,
things, things happen right.
So they do physically have anenergy field and they can
physically, you know, chargethings.
I'm not a scientist, I've neverpretended to be one, so I'm not
going to get into the, and ifyou have any insight on that,

(14:16):
please do share, because I knowthat your amplified energy is is
working towards that, and Ididn't actually know that resin
amplified the, the towards that, and I didn't actually know that
resin amplified the quality ofthe stones, but that's, that's
amazing and I absolutely lovethat.
So you know how.
So, to that end question foryou how does the and I know you
said it's, it's beautiful, it'skind of an aesthetic choice, but

(14:37):
how?
Because you do a little bit ofgold and silver correct as well
inside?

Speaker 3 (14:42):
the resin doesn't actually have any gold and this
one actually is just quartz withum.
Well, there's angel aura quartztoo.
So like angel aura, like aniridescent sheen and my powder,
but some of them have the goldleaf, like here's.
I can just pick it up and showyou it does have the leaf in it
um that could be a conductor, because metal is a conductor of
the stone, but that's not quartz, that's amazonite and really

(15:04):
it's just like, since resin isfluid, when you're working with
it, putting in gold leaf is justnice because it kind of goes in
whichever direction it's goingto go and then it hardens and,
yeah, it's just beautiful.
People have been putting goldleaf and things like that for so
long.
That's that's just like abeautiful thing.
I mean, I, when I first createdthese, I had never seen them.
So I saw, I saw on Etsy I'vebeen selling for eight years now
yeah, um, and when I firststarted these, I, yeah, I had

(15:27):
never, never seen anything likethem.
I think, as the years have gone, I had more, but um, it's, the
gold leaf is really.
I just put it in for that addedeffect.
But the crystal, of course, is.
Um, I do sage my office andsage my studio here and make
sure the crystals have cleanenergy, pure energy, before I
put them in.
However, even when you know, even if you go into a crystal

(15:51):
shop and you pick up the stonethat's been touched by multiple
people, you can cleanse ityourself with your own energy.
I think we spoke about that.
You can just hold it.

Speaker 2 (15:58):
Yes, but let's speak about it again.
Yeah, please.

Speaker 3 (16:05):
So how do you, how do you cleanse your crystals?
If you don't mind sharing forour listeners?
Well, sage is, I mean, definitely white sage is a very
it's an indigenous practice.
Indigenous people of Americawere using white sage out west
for a long time to burn andcleanse negative energy away.
So that is definitely apractice that is is is real and
you can burn sage.
But you don't necessarily haveto have something tangible like

(16:26):
that.
You can actually just do itwith your really with your solar
plexus or kind of in between.
I guess right here I will feellike a light kind of.
You know you can, you canemanate a light from yourself.
You can picture, like closeyour eyes, picture this light
coming out of you, like youraura bubble holds the crystal to
you and, just you know, ask forit to benefit, you ask for any

(16:46):
negativity to be removed and ifyou are peaceful on that moment,
kind of like a meditative state, just setting that intention,
you can cleanse the stones andthey will serve you in that way.
But if you prefer to do it in aphysical way, you can put them
in salt water or you canobviously put them outside in
the full moon.
That's really cool.
But honestly, holding them andsetting that intention with your

(17:08):
mind especially when you get anew stone or a new piece of
jewelry, I always tell people, put your own intention into it,
like tell the stone like whatyou, what your, what your hopes
are, your dreams, like yourgoals, and it will also be a
psychological effect for you too.
When you're putting it on,you're going to remember like
you're making that commitment toyourself.
And there, of course, is energywithin the stone, like if there
absolutely is, and you can feelthat.

(17:29):
But it's also like a reminder, tangible, um commitment yeah, no
, it is, it's, it's, it's.

Speaker 2 (17:36):
I, I love that.
I think that's that's very,very well said.
Uh, and so do you, and when.
So what is your process likewhen you set out to make like a
piece, let's just say a pendant,for example?
How, what's your process frompoint A to point B?
Do you set an intention for thependant to serve its highest
use, or whatever it might be?
How do you go from acquiring astone, let's say, at a stone

(18:00):
shop, to through the process ofthe end game of the pendant
itself?

Speaker 3 (18:04):
So, yeah, I always I speak to people, I speak to my
people.
I buy from first and a lot ofthe stones I do buy from will be
like South America.
I have some from Russia and Ispeak with people.
Usually on Etsy there's a lotof people who will sell stones.
You can speak with thempersonally, figure out where the
stones are coming from.
A lot of times it's like largepieces that they're trying to
mine, like a large piece ofamethyst, and they're just going

(18:25):
to throw away the shavings sothey can sell them for very
cheap.
Because it's like just literallythe tiny pieces, yeah, and
you're buying that, and it's ifthey're so special, but they're
just small so nobody reallywants them, unless you're going
to be doing something like aproject with them, right, but
when you acquire them, you knowthey've always obviously been
touched by people and you knowthere could be negative energy.

(18:45):
But it's, yeah, it's very easyto just cleanse that by setting
your own intention into it,saying a prayer over it,
essentially too, yeah, absolutely Tapping into your own
wisdom, and we'll kind offigure out what's the best

(19:06):
crystal that's going to be likehelping you in your journey
right now that you can wear andreally feel good about and it's
going to bring you that energy.
So maybe like a new mother, Iwould suggest Pearl Pearl's
really great for mothers and soit was Amazonite because it's
good for divine feminine andlike balancing the yin and the
yang, the masculine, thefeminine, like we talked about.

(19:27):
Yeah, um, so maybe amazoniteand pearl together, I would pick
those two out and cure theminto the resin for her and when
she gets it I would tell her.
You know, tell the pendant yourfears but also your hopes, your
wishes, your dreams, set thatintention into it and when you
put it on, like feel the energy, like blessing you I love that.

Speaker 2 (19:44):
That's beautiful.
That's beautiful.
So talk to me a little bitbecause you mentioned, so you
know, part of this is, you know, trying to keep balance right.
I'm a huge as a yoga instructor.
I'm a huge like proponent ofbalance, because life can get
life is chaos, right, like lifeis chaotic, and you are now a
mother of two, correct?
Yeah, two boys, and what?

(20:07):
The oldest is six, if, if,memory serves, yes, and so there
you go.
It does work sometimes and Ididn't remember, and so do you
so, and you started puttingthese jewelry.

Speaker 3 (20:19):
So you've been doing this resin art since before
college, around college no, itwas after I graduated college, a
long time ago, like 15 yearsago.
I want to say more than that.
I can't even do math in my headright now.
I'm trying to think 12 yearsago.
12 years ago I graduated.

(20:40):
But I know I've been doingresin art for I've been doing
resin art for eight years, oralmost not eight, eight, nine
years.
Big paintings.
And I started this journey sevenyears ago, so I started the
attendance when I was pregnant,at the very beginning of being
pregnant, seven years ago.

Speaker 2 (20:54):
Oh wow.
So this was literally so.
You pivoted as you were as you,so you pivoted as you were as
you, so you gave life to this,as you were creating life kind
of.

Speaker 3 (21:01):
That's exactly right, it was very creative from my
life and I was trying to figureit out and it kind of just
blossomed and everybody askswhere did it come from?
And I'm like I really don'teven remember.
It feels like a blur.
It just kind of like gave lifeto both almost at once and
focused on my son a lot, ofcourse, when he was born.
But then as he got a littleolder and then I was kind of
like I took off with it too, just started doing this yeah,
yeah, no, I think that's amazing.

Speaker 2 (21:21):
So how do you, how do you strike a balance for
yourself?
Because it's not even you knowtrying like.
So now you're trying to havehave this amplified energy
trademark, so now you're takingon the trademark universe, which
is a whole, a whole.
You know very talk aboutmasculine energy.
That's a very like rightmasculine, very government, lots

(21:41):
of government.

Speaker 3 (21:42):
I don't really like working with the government but
works the government a lot, sohe was able to help me kind of
figure that out.

Speaker 2 (21:47):
Wonderful yeah.

Speaker 3 (21:50):
He actually has a lot of the feminine he does, he has
a lot of the caring energy, buthe is able to tap into that
other too.
But you know, I would love totalk about that really quick
Because, yeah, please, by allmeans, yeah, actually talking
today.
So actually, my sacral chakrais slightly blocked right now.
For sure, I know I can feel itBecause I have been so stressed
in my life.
I feel like I have so much.
There's a size like we all havesocietal pressures.

(22:11):
The world is kind of chaoticright now.
I get stressed, I tap into likethe news and I see what's going
on.
I get so sad, I get burdened bythat.
And I have my kids and I.
You know they're the greatestblessings of my life, but that's
pure chaos too.
It's just, you know, I embraceit, but it's like, oh my gosh,
the whirlwind chaos Like, andwhen you try to balance
childcare or watch.
You know I'm watching them withmy business and having a small

(22:34):
business, even if you don't havekids, having a small business
is so chaotic too.
That's the pressure we put onourselves, a lot of striving for
the next thing and not livingin the present.
Very, very wounded masculineenergy.
I have felt all of those thingsrecently, trying to be like, oh
, I really have to get mybusiness like in this direction
as fast as I can, but then Ifind myself not having the time.

(22:57):
And then this creativity, likethis artist that lives inside of
me because I have this kind ofchaotic artist, I say that like
lives inside of me.
I feel like it's he's, or he orshe is like in a cage, like let
me out, you know, like likethis wild animal trying to get
out, to, like, you know, get tomy art.
But then, um, so all of thosethings, that's like all chaos
that blocked my sacral chakra.
And actually this conversationwith you was like so divinely

(23:19):
timed.
When you reached out, I wasthinking about how I like need
to unblock my energy and I'vebeen kind of just like going
through the motions and prior toour conversation, I started
thinking about it even more.
And I think the only antidoteto to solving this, for for all
of us really, if you have that, that stress and that that
blocked chakra, which I totallycan resonate with, is like

(23:42):
dropping into the present momentand just like, if you drop into
the present moment, youessentially, you know, stop the
mental warfare of trying to moveforward as fast as you can,
which is the masculine energythat's, you know, hammering down
our feminine energy, becauseit's the we're to where we feel
like we can't rest and we haveto keep moving as fast as we can

(24:03):
.
And yeah, I've totally felttrapped in that.
But I realize, even if allthese crazy things are going on
around me, I have the power tojust like find that.
There's a quote I love.
Like you know, peace is not, um, it, being in a quiet
environment, peace is being inthe middle of chaos and finding
that, the peace within yourheart dropping down into the
present.

(24:23):
So, if I just like name threethings I can feel or see, like,
oh, I see you, I hear your voice, I feel myself sitting in a
chair, I see the trees outsideand then I'm like I'm present
and that chaos can't reallyreach me in that moment, and
that's I feel like that's theonly antidote and I try so it's
practice.

Speaker 2 (24:42):
It is, everything is a practice.
But I also think that you knowit's very, very true and I've
been working on that as well, because stress for me in my
quote, unquote, day job and youknow, just at life, that balance
of masculine and feminine, thatdrive right Like that's's all
of us have to do, that we live, you know and I.

(25:02):
There is a quote and it's notby me and I've mentioned it
before.
It's like you know it waswritten by uh, I want to, I'm
not even gonna say because Idon't know, but the quote
essentially says you know, enlightenment and then laundry.

Speaker 3 (25:14):
that's like the gist of the quote right, like you
have these, like these, likeprofound insights and I did not
coin that.

Speaker 2 (25:20):
I will, I will deep dive, I will google that and,
you know, tag it in the post andit is, and it's because you're
still.
We live in a 3d, we are stillsurrounded by mundane reality.
That is still a necessity foras balanced a life as we can
create in that 3d reality.
So we still need to pay ourtaxes to the governmental
entities, right, we still needto put gas in our trucks and

(25:42):
food in our bellies and over ourheads, the dishes, the lawn,
all of those things thinkingabout that too.

Speaker 3 (25:47):
It's like what, exactly what you said?
Laundry and dishes.
I was thinking about those twothings because I was like you
know every single person in theworld.
If you're blessed enough tohave a washing machine and a
dishwasher, oh my gosh, likethat's a blessing.
But I take it for granted, right, if you have the things
and you're, these things arepiling up, if you just like, let
it be a stressor to you, it'lljust affect you so negatively.
But if you think of it as ablessing like I've had clean
clothes, my family's had cleanclothes to wear all week, we've

(26:10):
had food in our bellies all weekthis is a blessing to see these
things.
The opposite would no dishesbecause nobody's eating, and
that's that's awful.
So it's like totallyperspective and that's how we
unblock it, right.
Like that's how you unblock, that's how you remove the stress
.
And it's hard, it's easier saidthan done, but it is, but it's,
it's.

Speaker 2 (26:26):
it's a practice too.
It's flipping the script.

Speaker 3 (26:28):
It's exactly what you just said and it's about
dropping back in like okay, I'mhere and I can handle this way,
because it's like I'm feedingmyself and feeding my kids.

Speaker 2 (26:39):
Like that's a gift, that's a blessing, if I think
like I feel this lightness yes, yes, and, and it, and it is a
blessing and you know, having acar to put gas in is a blessing
right like and and so, havingthat, you know again, I say this
almost every episode trite buttrue, it's trite for a reason,
like the attitude of gratitude, like that just and, and

(27:01):
gratitude, I think, in its inand of itself, is very divinely
feminine, because it's beinggrateful is receptive energy.
You cannot be grateful and notbe receptive because you are
giving thanks for the receipt ofsomething, even if it's dirty
dishes right.
Like so.
So if you to tap into thatdivine and I've been working for

(27:23):
my own self a lot on being thecalm within the storm there's
been a lot of chaos around mefrom like the day job stuff
recently that I've been goingthrough and I've really been
kind of diving into for me a lot, and as a yoga instructor, it's
the breath.
Like coming back to the breathas as another way to drop into
your body and drop into thepresent, present moment is is

(27:44):
tapping in like hands on theheart, hands on the solar plexus
works really well for breath.
To write your diaphragm isright, right at your solar
plexus and just breathe intoyour hands.
Close your eyes if you want to.
You know, focus on, look at oneof your beautiful pendants,
hold something, whatever itmight be, and really and really
tap into I'm safe in this moment, like I'm safe.

Speaker 3 (28:05):
I'm safe.
That's the best thing you cansay.
I am safe, yeah, and it's likewhat you described as like a
tool belt, and it's like if youfall off the you know the wagon,
you feel in chaos.
It's okay, because it happensto all of us.
It's okay to feel this chaosbut, like you said, if you have
a tool belt of breath or youknow your meditative practice
and you're wearing your toolbelt, you can say, oh my gosh,
I'm feeling like totally, um,untethered and crazy and

(28:26):
stressed.
I'll pull from my tool belt,I'll just sit for a second and
take a breath and then it's likeit's all okay because you can
just start over again.
You can always start over andfind that peace like it's okay.
If you if are a peaceful personand feel tumultuous, I always
like I tell myself.
That too.
I'm like it's all right if youhave a day or a moment as long
as you remember, like I have thetools to get back to alignment

(28:46):
yeah, and it's also the chaos isalways there, right?

Speaker 1 (28:51):
chaos is always there yeah, it doesn't.

Speaker 2 (28:52):
It doesn't matter what it is, it's always there.
The peace is also always there.

Speaker 3 (28:56):
Yes, it's so true, that's exactly right.
When people yes, it's so true, that's exactly right.

Speaker 2 (28:59):
When people say, choose peace, it's really easy
to say that, and then whenyou're in the throes of whatever
, it is like the kids arerunning around.
For me, I have two dogs thatdrive me absolutely, one of
them's a hound and he just howls.

Speaker 3 (29:11):
He's very loud.

Speaker 2 (29:13):
It's very loud.
I have to lock myself in myoffice and put noise canceling
headphones on to get anythingdone.
But you know you have this.
The chaos is all around and itnever stops.
The peace is always within andit's always within you, and so
that's why the hand, like thehand on the body somewhere, is
very helpful.
Yeah, do it.
Do it now, let's do it together, right, but the peace is always

(29:35):
within us.
And you just have to quiet down.
It can be a moment, it can befive minutes and a meditation
practice is, you know, thetraditional way for that.
But as you start to developthat, I've been working on
calming and and, yes, aboutpeace, but also like kind of

(29:56):
coming from like almost like asteadier heartbeat, almost like
a calmer baseline, and trying tohave and trying to make that my
baseline.
So when I start to spiral, whenI start to focus on the
negative, when I start to I'm a,I'm like a big what if?
Person, right, which is notgood, but it's like, well, this
could go wrong, that could gowrong, right, and that's a very

(30:18):
feminine thing right Like like Ithink

Speaker 3 (30:20):
women are much, much more worrisome overall than and
I don't want to say than men, they're trying to protect things
, so you're like, well, whatcould go wrong?
I need to protect things that Ilove and myself, and, you know,
everybody around me yeah.

Speaker 2 (30:32):
So it creates this like add fracture of, like all
of the things that couldpossibly go wrong.
And then you're you.
You know they say like worry isa prayer for what you don't
want to happen.
So now you're projecting outinto the universe all of these
things that you don't want tohappen, right and so that.
But it's also coming from thatmasculine energy where you're,
you're now projecting right.

(30:53):
So we're yes, these arepotential.
Anything is possible, right, anything is literally possible.
We could both get hit by ameteor right now.
In theory, right, like anythingis possible.
But at the same time, in thismoment, currently, you're in
your studio, I'm in my office,we're both safe, right, and if
we can establish that baseline, your body and your mind, your

(31:17):
heart, their muscles, just like, just like your, just like your
bicep.

Speaker 3 (31:23):
And if you start, the tension goes away.
Because that is such a greatidea too, because I need to
embody that, like having thatbaseline.
And then you know when you'renot on baseline.
When you're stressed, your bodyprobably feels like this isn't
right, because if stress becomesyour baseline, it's harder to
break out of it.

Speaker 2 (31:36):
It is, it is and that , and I like I breathe audibly
when I get upset or if I getlike mad or angry or whatever,
like I'll be.

Speaker 3 (31:47):
Yeah, I do too.
You know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (31:50):
And a lot of people do and that's like a great first
step.
But, like, if you catchyourself doing that, that like
that can be your trigger Right, your, your bracelet that may
fall off one day because you'vepracticed that enough to know
that back back together it's sotrue right like, yeah, and if
you fall off the wagon or falloff, not the wagon I guess, but

(32:12):
if you're falling off like thepeace train, I guess, yeah, I
love the peace train, I lovethat.

Speaker 3 (32:16):
We all want to be on the peace train.

Speaker 2 (32:18):
So if we fall, we all want to be on the peace train
get back on, do our breath andthen we're back on it.
So exactly and just trying tocultivate a baseline for
yourself that is more calm, sothat you know, the more you
practice, the more calm you areduring during your day, the
better.
The better businesswoman youare, the better mom you are.
The better wife you are, thebetter you know dog, dog, parent

(32:39):
.
You are right.

Speaker 3 (32:40):
Like being a dog mom.
I love my dog just as much.
Like side to side note, everyone says like do you like
not care about your dog?
No, you have kids and I'm likeshe's my first baby.
She's 11 and I'm like oh thekid.
I have three kids, so yes, yes,she was the firstborn?

Speaker 2 (32:54):
yes, she's my child too.
I adore her.
She's been with you.
You created this business, youknow like with her by your side,
because your, your son, wasstill in your belly right, so
she was there with you for likea lot of my adult life.

Speaker 3 (33:08):
Um, yeah, yeah, she's been with me forever and it's
like she's a being she's.
We have a soul contract.
I know we do, I know she's moreshe's.
You know she has a soul and Iknow that we are, like you know,
tied together in that way andwe'll be together in the
afterlife too.
And if people think, oh, likeanimals might, they're not as
important as humans, but that'sjust not true.
We are all.
We all have a soul, everythingon earth.
I mean, yeah, she's, she's verymuch, has her own little wisdom

(33:31):
they always do, and they allthey're I mean dogs are.

Speaker 2 (33:34):
Dogs are very, very special.
All animals are very, veryspecial, but I have an affinity
for dogs.
Right, they are, they are ourprotectors, they are our.
You know, they teach us above,I think, any other animals on
planet earth.
Dogs teach us unconditionallove.
Yeah, even more so than cats, because cats teach us above, I
think, any other animals onplanet earth.
Dogs teach us unconditionallove.
Yeah, even more so than cats, because cats teach us
unconditional indifference, andI love cats.

Speaker 3 (33:52):
But yeah, cats teach us patience.
Maybe, I don't know, I had acat growing up and I loved her.
She liked me, she liked women, but she didn't really like men.
So like if a man came into thehouse she would hide under like
a, like a desk and like attacktheir leg and run away.
And I was like that's just howshe is.
Like I mean, we don't judge,but I don't know, I don't know,
we adopted her, so she probablyhad some trauma and she was
trauma.

Speaker 2 (34:12):
Yeah, that's, that's the unhealed feminine right.
Yeah, it was um, but yeah, youknow.
So we have this like and Idon't again like dogs are so
unconditionally loving that Ithink, if we aspire to be even
one iota close to like their, their compassion, their level of
compassion and love, we'redoing.

(34:32):
We're doing great in this life, you know, we're just doing that
.

Speaker 3 (34:34):
That's so true Dogs are.
She's such a guide to me, likeshe's such a blessing when I
take time alone with her andtake just her on a walk and like
have time with her.
It's just like I do feel, likeI'm I drop into the present
because she just wants to sniffand she wants to see what's
going on in the world in thisvery present moment, that she's
not worried about the future.
Maybe she's worried atdinnertime, like you know, it's
five o'clock.
Where's my dinner?
Like that's the only time, butotherwise she's very present.

Speaker 2 (34:57):
Absolutely they do, and we have and we can learn.
Animal, all animals, live inthe present and we can learn so
much from that.
You know, we're the only.
We're the only.
I think we may very well be theonly ones that don't right as
yeah, oh my god, we think we'readvanced, but we're not so much
yeah yes, I think otherwisewe're like, not symbiotic with
nature sometimes.

Speaker 3 (35:16):
We're not symbiotic with like being just, like we're
just, we're so complex at thispoint, humans are so complex
that, like simplicity used to be, I guess, guess.
Well, life was harder.
Of course, for our megaancestors, who were gathering,
that was, life was much harder, but there wasn't worry about
like.
I feel like this competition inthis rat race obviously wasn't
a thing.

Speaker 2 (35:37):
No, our brains.

Speaker 3 (35:38):
I don't know if our brains have really caught up to
to handle it without feeling allthat stress which then affects
the body physically.

Speaker 2 (35:44):
Right.
And that's where, like, youknow the, that's where you get
into like, the whole diseaseconversation of like stress,
stress manifests in the body andthat's disease Exactly 100%.
And that's why I and that's oneof the reasons why I do this,
this podcast is, you know, it's,it's yoga, it's nutrition, it's
meditation, it's the, it's thethings that that try to get
people back into their body, back into paying attention to

(36:06):
like, the tangible reality ofwhat like really matters.
Because, at the end of the day,if you don't have your health,
that's it Right.
That's it Because you know youcan be the best, you can be the
best mom, you can be the bestfemale entrepreneur, you can
have the most successfulbusiness and if, knock on wood,
god forbid, something happensphysically, you know you have a

(36:26):
health scare.

Speaker 3 (36:27):
Yeah, it's like you're healthy.
If you don't have your health,it's only that's the one thing
you wish for, so you can takecare of.
You know, the ones who have todo things that you want, that
you love.
Do you have recommendations forlike yoga poses for opening
that solar plexus and kind ofgetting back into your divine
feminine?

Speaker 2 (36:43):
Absolutely.
So I did an episode, a couple.
The first episode of thissequence was all about the solar
plexus chakra and it'sbasically it's very close to
heart openers, right, becauseit's just beneath the heart
chakra twisting, and so what I?
What I did for that particularepisode and I won't go totally
back to deep dive it, but theshort version is that the
there's two.

(37:03):
I brought up the divine, masculine and feminine right,
because it's the solar plexuschakra.
We're talking about heat.
So, with all chakras, as youwere talking about the block
chakra, potentially of thesacral right, which is the
creative chakra, so for youthat's a super important chakra,
right, because you're creatingthese beautiful pieces of art
that are that are serving otherpeople's energies.
So it's a massive I don't knowif you know like the weight of

(37:30):
the task that you've givenyourself, but you are truly.
You are bringing divinity andyou're bringing amplification of
energy to other people.
So you're doing something.
We're not doing very dissimilarthings, just in different ways,
and yours is much more tangibleright.
So it's a gift.
What you're doing is truly agift, but essentially, you know
we talk about imbalance andbalance.
So you can have a block chakra, you can have an overactive
chakra that actually pullsenergy from the chakra around it

(37:51):
and you can have an underactivechakra that's not developed or
that's again having energy, I'llsay, reappropriated by an
overactive chakra.
So so that's one way to look atit as well, and yoga is one of
the best ways for people thatmaybe don't have you know the
sense or aren't checking indaily, either through Reiki or

(38:12):
their own pendulum practice.
However, you balance your ownchakras.

Speaker 3 (38:17):
I've always been told my crown and my third eye are
very open actually.
So for me it's like I'm very, very in tune with spirituality
and with this, my intuition.
But then my throat chakra, I dobelieve, is either under, just
underactive as well, and I'mwhat I call a recovering people
pleaser.
Recovering because I'm aware ofit.
I think I think women, specifically men too, but a lot

(38:39):
of women and people who identifyas women are, are people
pleasers, because you feel likeyou have to be submissive and
kind of compliant and you can'tstand out too much, you can't
say no, you can't, you know, disrupt too much, and then
that's just that's BS, becauseyou are allowed to take up space
, you are allowed to speak yourmind, follow your truth, and
that's something for me thatI've worked on.
So, yeah, the sacral too, I know, I know my sacral is, it's

(39:02):
active, but I do feel like whenI get that stress, it gets like
you know, it gets tense, and Ihave to get out of that space to
open it up before I can work, like you said, because I feel
like the creativity will notflow and I will not work if I'm
not feeling creative.
I'm not going to force it untilit opens.
And when I find a moment ofpeace, which is actually as
simple as walking my dog aroundthe block, just with her, I feel
like all of my chakras willjust kind of align.

(39:25):
I swear when I'm just alonewith her or in nature, yeah,
just with myself, and then I canget back to my family and like,
be the best, yeah, be the bestversion of myself.

Speaker 2 (39:33):
Yeah, exactly, and you need to have.
You need to have that balance.
And so when when I was talkingabout and it's so funny, so the
first, the first episode of thissequence about the solar plexus
chakra was called, stopapologizing and with an
exclamation point and it was all, and it was exactly about what
you just said and it's like takeup space like you are allowed
to be and to speak and to have avoice and and turquoise is a

(39:55):
really good uh crystal for athroat chakra really anything
blue yep yep, exactly, it'samazing how stones are
associated with the chakras.
Like, as I've studied them, theyreally didn't make sense
because we um the yogi, ancientyogis knew the energy obviously
was associated with a certaincolor, and then there's no
coincidence that certain stonesare going to be helping you with

(40:16):
that, that energy right, andwhen I do, when I practice reiki
, I generally like I will,before I go to a client that
I've already worked on, I willgo through my crystal collection
and I will, either justenergetically or with a pendulum
, I will bring the stones that Ithink that they need and I'll
place them on their differentchakras, on their bodies.
Unless they have, like, let'ssay, an injury on the shoulder,

(40:38):
I might place it on there, butgenerally it's it's it's on the
chakras to bring them intobalance and alignment.
So when we talked about yogaposes for that, for the solar
plexus chakra specifically, there's the yin and the yang
right, the male and the female, and so for restorative and more
calming, soothing, bringingmaybe an overactive like, let's
say that you went through a daywhere you chose that you had to

(41:00):
deal with the government aboutthe trademark issue, right, I
would come back and I would dosome, some twisting.
So twisting is a nice gentle, opening kind of kind of think of
wringing out the body torelease that space.
It releases tension in the, inthe back, and then if you, let's

(41:22):
say, felt like you needed toget some drive maybe you have a
little bit of low energy thenyou're thinking about your like
your warriors right, openingthis space, feeling that
strength feeling that you knowbringing bringing your awareness
.
Boat pose, navasana, strengthening your core muscles,
really burning that firefeeling, and then that's going
to bring the masculine aspect upright.

(41:43):
So, depending on what you need, depends on which poses are
going to best suit.
But I do want to mention foryou also that when we're talking
about your throat chakra andpotentially having an
underactive or like maybe alittle imbalance there, your
chakras are directly related tothe opposing chakras.
So your crown and your root areconnected, your third eye and
your sacral are connected andyour throat and your solar

(42:05):
plexus, ironically enough, areconnected and the heart is the
bridge, as I like to say, forall of them.
So if you're thinking about, like, as we're talking about,
the solar plexus chakra, I thinkthat one of the best ways, a
really great balancing pose forboth, is fish pose, if you're
familiar with yoga and you'refamiliar with fish pose.

Speaker 3 (42:22):
I'm not actually familiar with fish pose.

Speaker 2 (42:24):
Really Okay.
Okay, I love, I love fish, so Iwill give.
It's not I don't usually do thedescriptions, but I will.
I will give the description aslong as you have Okay, I have a
neck injury, but as long as yourneck is okay and you can do
this supported, and I Idefinitely suggest supported.
But fish pose is where you archthe upper back and you open the
throat and you balance on thecrown of the head.

(42:46):
So it so, and what I like to dois I like to take a pillow or a
bolster and basically from thebase of the skull, through the
back of the heart center, braline-ish lift up and then you
can relax and then you, yourelease, the shoulders open, the
throat is opening and stretchedyou don't want any tension or
pain in the neck ever and thenyou can either have your legs

(43:08):
out flat or, if you want to be,if you want to be a little more
aggressive about it, you can putyour hands behind your sacrum,
press your elbows in and do itunsupported, and then it's more
of a workout for the, for thetriceps a little bit.
The elbows press your chest upand you're just resting the
crown of the head.

Speaker 3 (43:25):
So it's very opening.

Speaker 2 (43:27):
It's opening, it's a heart opener, it's a throat
opener, and it and it the solarplexus is like kind of the focal
point doing most of the work.
So it's a great one for almostI will even say balancing the
masculine and feminine, becauseit can be as aggressive or as
restorative as you want it to be, depending on what you feel you
need I love that.

Speaker 3 (43:46):
That's so interesting .
I'm gonna have to look that oneup too, and you explained it
very well, so I hope, I hope so,and I know I think I have a
couple videos.

Speaker 2 (43:53):
Fish might actually be, because I had uh suggested
taking shavasana in fish.
Um propped up, obviously notnot in the uh working aspect of
the pose, but um, so I think Idid post a video on that one on
on this particular podcast, inassociation with the years above
yoga um Instagram as well.
So before we wrap up, um, Idefinitely want everyone to be

(44:15):
able to reach out to you andfind you and your beautiful
artwork.
One more question for you Doyou have a favorite?
I already mentioned to you whenwe were going back and forth
that I'm I'm super into the, into the empath protection.
Uh, still, pendant that youhave, um, I was about to say
crystal, but it's a, it's a.
Can you mention that quicklyand then tell me what your
favorite one is, if you have one, yes, I well, that's what I

(44:37):
love.

Speaker 3 (44:37):
I, I'm an empath as well.
I mean, I think we can.
We have so much similarity, Ithink we could both garner that
we're both empaths.
But yeah, um, I do.
I am very partial to tourmaline.
For that reason, blacktourmaline is wonderful empath
protection stone, just gonnahelp you block out energy
vampires, but also just preserveyour own energy, like it's a
lot about protecting your own.
Um, black tourmaline iswonderful for protection.

(44:59):
My favorite, though, isactually I really love um
turquoise and pearl.
Turquoise and pearls together,I love turquoise and pearl,
turquoise and pearl together.
I love turquoise.
It's very enlightening, it'svery throat, chakra opening, but
it's also very spiritual it'svery associated with the upper
chakras and connecting you tospirituality and enlightenment.
Indigenous Americans also woulduse it in spirituality and

(45:21):
consider it a very magical, verypowerful stone.
And it certainly is.
And pearl pearl I love, justbecause it's really.
It's cool when you mix the twotogether, but pearl is actually
a very good stone fortranquility and peace, but also
new beginnings.
Obviously, the way pearl iscreated.
Yes, it's not really a crystalor a stone, but it is still.
It's an.
It's an incredible piece, youknow, made by a living organism

(45:43):
out of a piece of sand.
Um, so here's one, actuallyright here.
It's turquoise and pearl.

Speaker 2 (45:47):
Oh, it's beautiful.

Speaker 3 (45:48):
This is one of my favorites.
The energy is very soothing andcalming, but it's also very
uplifting.
It's going to be bringing youup to the chakras.
But yeah, the other one I don'thave it here, but it would be
actually the black tourmaline.
Which one were you looking at?

Speaker 2 (46:07):
Which one did you like?
The?
There was the empath protectionstone.
Was it black or was it?
Uh, what it was?
It was it was.
It was black and pink.
The.

Speaker 3 (46:10):
The pendant itself was black and pink well, I would
love to make one and send it toyou.
So if you have a, oh my gosh,it's amazing afterwards, but
yeah, so you'll talk afterwardsfor sure.

Speaker 2 (46:19):
No, I love that and I've always wanted a watermelon.
I had.
I have a piece of blacktourmaline that I that I
actually usually wear with this.
I don't have it on right nowbecause the chain got a little
twisted, but but watermelontourmaline, I've never owned a
piece and I've always thought itwas just so beautiful.
It's such a cool because it'sit's got the green on the
outside and the it's literallylooks like watermelon pink and

(46:40):
white and black.

Speaker 3 (46:40):
It's amazing yeah it's amazing.

Speaker 2 (46:42):
It's amazing.
So will you please tell ourviewers how they can find you,
how they can shop with you, howthey can connect with you if
they want to potentially createtheir own, either Organite
pyramid to protect themselves orone of the beautiful pieces of
jewelry to kind of uplift andbring attention and send it.
There you go.

Speaker 3 (47:00):
It's gorgeous.
I mean, how beautiful is that?
I mean, yeah, these are reallycool to have on your desk.
This one has citrine on thevery top there's a big piece of
citrine.

Speaker 2 (47:07):
Yes, it's beautiful.

Speaker 3 (47:08):
So I went on Instagram.
It's pretty easy to access meon there because I check my
messages pretty frequently.
It will go directly to me.
It's waves of prana art, waveslike ocean waves of prana,
p-r-a-n-a art.
And then from there I have alink to my Etsy so you can buy
things on my Etsy Etsy page thatway, and I'm currently building

(47:33):
a website right now, which isvery exciting.
So I'm going to have my ownwebsite which will have all of
my newer pieces and that willjust be announced through my
Instagram.
It'll be on there and throughthere I'm going to be having
custom kind of an applicationfor custom pieces where we can
actually meet and talk withsomebody, for you know, like a
30 minute period, we can talkabout things that you're going
through and certain crystalsyou're looking for.
We can kind of do like acrystal prescription.

(47:54):
I'm calling it.
I love that you figure out thebest pendant for you, something
that you can wear and set anintention into.
Yeah, because we talked aboutit's also psychology.
It's when you're putting it on,you're reminding yourself.
I'm making this commitment tomyself, and if I'm nervous and
in a moment I can have atangible reminder, I can hold it
.
So it's kind of like a littlecustom thing that somebody can

(48:15):
make for themselves and that'sgoing to be an option on the
website.
But you can of course, messageme on Instagram.
People request custom pendantsall the time via Etsy or
Instagram.

Speaker 2 (48:26):
And request custom pendants all the time via etsy
or instagram, and they are, andthey are absolutely beautiful
and, um, we will.
We will definitely make surethat we get an image of your
favorite one or whichever youchoose up when, when I post this
.
