itty-bitty, shitty committeewhispering self-sabotaging
doubts and untrue trash talkthat holds us back here.

their voice, embraced theirworth and are lighting the way
(01:17):
for all of us.
Ready to bloom into your bestself.
Let's dive in.
Today I'm chatting with Jane Fry, international award winning
advanced energy master.
Jane Fry discovered anundocumented paradigm energy
system she named crystalconsciousness.
Now founder of the EnergyWellness Center Academy, jane's
(01:40):
passion is reuniting us with herinnate radiance, guiding us to
release limitations and exploreour aligned high vibrational
ability to manifest our desiresin the Wonder Zone.
Hello, I'm so excited.
I want you to describe.
We're going to talk about theWonder Zone, but first what I
(02:02):
want you to tell us is if youcould describe to us what energy
work is essentially and what isit that you do with it?
Speaker 3 (02:12):
Well, energy work is.
You know it's a term, you knowthat we hear out in the
community and it's actually sosimple.
It's just a natural part of whowe are.
We are energy.
We're physical, emotional, mental and spiritual beings and
all of that is energy.
All of our world is energy.
(02:34):
Nature is energy, and workingenergetically is really just to
develop a relationship with thatpart of yourself and feel like
you're connected connected tothe earth and connected to
spirit, being able to followguidance and tune in deeply to
your heart and really justletting yourself be in the flow
(02:57):
and the ease of living your lifein that place.
Speaker 2 (03:01):
So it's kind of like
the, the non seeable right, like
we don't see the energy.
It's just, it's what we feeland what's what's holding us
together, like gravity.
Speaker 3 (03:13):
They say, right, yeah
, yeah it is like gravity, it's
like, it's like air, it's likewater.
Water is a wonderful example, because we know water in its
vapor state, where you cannotsee it.
We know it in a cloud formationwhere it's got a little bit of
opacity.
We know it in the form of ice, which is like, completely
(03:36):
physical.
So our body is really thisphysical part of our energy that
is in a dense enough of avibration that we can actually
feel it.
We can feel it as beingphysical, but the foundation of
it is, you know, 99 and morepercent of just space that
(03:57):
carries this wisdom of energy.
And so why not work with thatand let it be the guide of of
who you are and the expressionof your true self?
Speaker 2 (04:09):
yeah, okay, and so
when you're working with a
person's or you're working on Idon't know how you describe it
you work on or you work with aperson's energy, what's
happening?
Exactly like what are you doing?
Speaker 3 (04:22):
well, it's a really
interesting space and I call it
working with because my role isjust to be a space holder,
basically for them to be in theenergetic state they're in.
It could be emotions, it couldbe thoughts that are driving it,
it could be patterns that are achallenge in their life that
(04:42):
are a challenge in their life, and these are the things that
are, like the cloud parts ofkeeping the sunlight of their
radiance from shining through, and so I'm holding a frequency
or a bandwidth that allows themto move into a higher vibration,
and when we move into highervibrations, we're able to access
(05:05):
a lot more expansion.
We have creative ideas when wewere just in kind of the chaos
or the burden or the overwhelmof whatever is happening in our
(05:29):
life at the moment.
Right, we are so challenged byall of the events of the world
and by things that are happeningwith our family or in our
community, and it's really easyto become disconnected from that
part of ourself that really isour true self, our authentic
(05:50):
self, and to just make choicesfrom that space that will serve
everyone, ourselves and all ofthe other plateaus as well.
So doing energy work increasesthe bandwidth that people can
carry and it allows them to beless reactive.
(06:11):
They have less anxiety Ifthey're having pain or other
health struggles.
It opens up solutions for howto manage it.
They have less pain.
Their energy is flowing andnaturally releasing this held
energy, which usually people Iwork with.
(06:32):
It's like your whole lifetimeof energy and all the events in
your life have that energeticimprint and some stuff we're
like just done with and yet theenergetic pattern might still be
there.
We can really um do a lotworking with the energy to shift
that out of its um place in theenergy I feel like we could
(06:56):
chat here for a few hoursbecause all these questions are
coming at me.
Speaker 2 (07:01):
So when so you said
something about the physical
body.
Now, when we have, like whenwe're, you know, a child and we
have some kind of accident oryou know, we break a leg or we
break an arm or you know, is ittrue that that often doesn't
heal completely if the energydoesn't move?
(07:22):
Because I have heard, heardthat, right, energy sort of gets
stuck in that, in the scar ofthat wound, and then, like it
sort of stays there and then, aswe get older, we feel it like,
you know, when we hear like, ohyeah, when the weather changes
my bone, yeah, tell me, that isthat, is that what energy is
like?
Is that part of that?
Speaker 3 (07:42):
that is part of that.
And our energy, our energysystems are just as complex as
all of our different physiology.
You know, like our bones havean energy and our circulation
has an energy, and so a brokenbone is a good example because
there's the alignment piece ofgetting the bone straightened.
(08:03):
You know, you might have asurgery to have that piece done,
but the energetic piece mightnot be addressed and the
scarring is a very, very dense, dense tissue and it holds that
stuck pattern more than anything, and so it can become a place
where energy can accumulate andthe things that are challenges
(08:25):
for us.
That has a place to go soeasily and that can easily be
shifted for people to createsome flow around that by having
that energetic support, peoplecan learn how to do this for
themselves.
And actually it's a natural partof who we are, because if we
(08:47):
injure ourself, what is thefirst thing you do?
You put your hand over it andhold it and comfort yourself.
Or if someone is upset, youembrace them and you hold them
and you give them that support.
You are there as a presence tohelp them carry that burden
Energetically.
That has a profound benefit.
(09:09):
It creates this stability thatwe need so we can self-regulate
as children, and our childrencan be taught how to regulate
their energy.
We teach them about physicalwellness and we teach them about
their emotions, and we wantthem to have good mental clarity
and be able to make wisechoices for themselves, but we
(09:32):
don't tell them that theyactually are the ones in charge
of their energy and they'recreating their life with their
energy and with their choices.
With every breath we are takingin life.
It's really a magnificent thing.
Speaker 2 (09:47):
our lives are so, so
precious and and complicated
right, there's so much.
There's so much involved inkeeping our bodies healthy and
safe and and, and we all know, like this energy it's not new,
right like I know that peoplehave been working with energy
for a long time, but I feel likeI've heard so much about it in
(10:10):
the last 10 years, Like it seemsto have, you know, growing
through.
I don't know if it's throughoutthe year or if it's just that
you know I have because I'vecome into contact with people
like yourself, you know, thatpeople are working with it now,
but it just seems more commonnow.
Speaker 3 (10:28):
Right, we do hear.
We do hear more of it, and moreand more people are attuned to
energy, and you know you mighthave heard things like the
vibration or the frequency ofthe world is changing and the
Schumann resonance is having ahigher frequency, so it is
really a movement of evolutionon Earth and all people are
(10:53):
affected by this, and even thosepeople that aren't engaging
with their energy, their energyright, it is.
It's just like gravity is justa thing and and yes, we are all
held on earth by gravity, whether we like it or not.
Right, we are all energy aswell, right, and, and it's
(11:15):
always working for our highestbenefit.
Our energy wants to be in itshighest integrity.
It wants to create health, andit's a powerful place to be, to
be able to engage with what thatcreation can be for ourselves
and to use that support system.
(11:37):
It is a foundation for all ofthe other systems.
Our physical health is better, our emotions are calmer and more
stable, we have more clarityand focus in our thoughts and we
feel aligned and connected tothat beautiful source energy,
that sense that you know we'rereally part of this greater
(11:59):
whole.
That really is an energeticawareness or presence that we
can actually carry in our life,in our business.
You know, all of the differentfacets of our life are an
expression of that, of thatwholeness, that unity oh, I love
, I love this.
Speaker 2 (12:18):
so my, my brain is
going to you know all my
religious studies, right, likeit's actually going to you know
how well, we won't get into itbecause I know that that's not
what we're here to talk about, but it's like my brain is
definitely understanding thewhole.
You know, the whole physicalform versus not physical, right.
(12:39):
Like, yeah, I love this, I'mgoing to love this conversation,
but let's get into our summertopic Boss Babe Summer.
What does Boss Babe Summer looklike to you this year?
Speaker 3 (13:08):
our summer is, and
it's such an important time for
all of us to just give ourselvesa little bit of grace and allow
some rest time, somerestorative time, time to be in
nature.
I love the long, hot days ofsummer more than anything.
I love getting up in themorning and the sun is up
already, and I love looking outat 10 o'clock and it is still
sunlight.
I know Incredible, and you knowwhat a gift that is to have
(13:33):
that kind of beauty in our days.
Through the summer, everythingis green, the gardens are lovely
and you know there'sflourishing happening.
And you know there'sflourishing happening.
Crops are growing, trees aregreen, nature is alive.
You can just see it every day.
And so for me it's about reallyappreciating that time, taking
(13:55):
a few moments of pause just toreflect on the grandness of
summer in that that sense, andappreciating it yeah, absolutely
so.
Speaker 2 (14:08):
How do you, how are
you going to use this season,
the summer, to recharge orrefocus, or both?
Speaker 3 (14:17):
well, it's an
interesting question because in
the last year or two I'veactually undertaken some big
projects for myself, so I'mtaking a little bit of time to
actually celebrate that.
Yeah, I made some of thosegoals.
I did some big teaching thisyear from January to June, which
was one of my goals Did sometraining and up leveling and had
(14:41):
success with that, and so nowit's a time for integration,
time to let you know if that waslike the spring of my life and
the studying and all of that.
Now is the time for integrationand letting that kind of
develop into what it's reallygoing to be in the offerings and
(15:02):
in the work that I do Having acourse about energy that
everyone will be able toparticipate in, to learn a
little bit more about energy andhow to be supported by it, and
really engaging in a way thatserves people to find that sense
(15:23):
of well-being that comes withbeing energetically aligned.
Speaker 2 (15:29):
I love that.
It sounds like you're going tobe busy this summer.
Speaker 3 (15:32):
There's a few things
that are happening, and in the
midst of that, there is like, yeah, every day appreciating
these beautiful moments, spending time with family, doing
things that are, just, you know, meant to be done in summer
going for picnics, going forwalks, being in the woods.
One of my favorite things, mostrestorative places you can be
(15:54):
is to walk in in a forest or inthe woods and soak that up.
Speaker 2 (15:59):
Good for you.
I love that.
I love that.
Is there maybe a move thatyou're making that you will make
over the summer, then that willset yourself up for the fall
and for it to be like a strong, like the fall is kind of the you
know the.
I find it's almost like a newyear, right, like I always
remember you know the kids goback to school in September and
(16:21):
the world sort of renews itself, right?
Is there anything that you'redoing over the summer to set
yourself up for that?
Speaker 3 (16:30):
I am.
I'm focusing really on on thecourse that's going to be coming
out and I'm just developingmore and more of this
integration between um, theadvanced energy work that I do
is highly intuitive, awardwinning material that I've
(16:51):
developed ways that I can bringthat forth to the community that
is already workingenergetically, but also bringing
just the awareness of energeticwell being and and how to
incorporate that into our livesjust for every day, for everyone
and everywhere.
I love that.
Speaker 2 (17:10):
I love that and I
know you and I will be in touch
talking about that again.
I hope so yes absolutely,absolutely.
What's one thing that you areintentionally saying no to this
summer, just to make space foryour own growth.
Speaker 3 (17:26):
Well, I had the
opportunity to actually
participate in a reallywonderful thing.
That would have really been agrowth opportunity for me and my
initial sense was yes, this isdefinitely what you should be
doing.
And I took a moment to pause, which is what I recommend that
we all do take that reflectionmoment and actually tune in and
(17:50):
see if that really is the rightmove for you.
Like, really tune into.
Is it a yes or is it just ashiny thing?
And actually, when I looked atit more closely, the time
commitment was going to be, youknow, significant.
And I'm looking at thesebeautiful summer days and and I
(18:13):
had to say no, I'm like I'mclaiming this time yeah, well,
it's funny how our intuitiontalks to us, isn't it Right,
absolutely.
Yeah, and it's clear Like it isreally working in our highest
interest.
And the more we engage with ourintuition, the more it will
(18:34):
support us and the easier it isto hear those little whispers,
those little words, and to feelthe nudge that is going to guide
us in the right direction knowsand it tells you I'm learning
(19:06):
this and I'm getting it more andmore right.
Speaker 2 (19:07):
over the last year
I've really been taking that
second to sort of sit back andgo okay, what do I really want
right now?
Speaker 3 (19:12):
right, yeah, and it's
taking just that little minute
or a moment, however long it is,to just take your awareness out
of your you know, your brainand analysis for a moment and
just bring yourself down intoyour heart and even feel your
feet on the earth for a minuteand just, yeah, I'm here and
(19:33):
this is now, and, yeah, my heartis actually wanting.
Speaker 1 (19:38):
Yeah for me, and
really letting that guide you.
Speaker 2 (19:42):
I love how you
explain that, because often we
hear like intuition is anotherpart of us, right.
But if we really like, if wereally put it in our heart I
mean, I know not everybody feelsit in their heart, right Some
people get it in their stomach, some people it's you know, like
it's a sound or it's you knowbut when you really think about
it, if you feel it in your heart, where else do you want to feel
(20:05):
it, right?
Because that's where we shouldbe leading ourselves from.
Speaker 3 (20:10):
Yeah, I love that, I
love that.
That little part of us that islike, yes, I am on board with
that.
It makes me feel so expanded,so good, so full of joy.
That is actually our intuition.
Absolutely and that is ournatural state of being right.
Right we're unconditioned aboutit.
(20:31):
We can recondition ourselvesback, Exactly Having that kind
of alignment.
Speaker 2 (20:36):
I love it.
I love it.
What mindset shift helped youlevel up in your business or
your life recently?
Speaker 3 (20:45):
The mindset shift.
Well, for me it was actuallymoving into some focus and
clarity and actually activedecision making, and that turns
out can be done in these liketiny little steps.
(21:05):
So when the overwhelm hits,it's like, well, what is that
one thing I need to do?
Oh, yeah, I can do that andthat is the thing that I need to
do.
I love that, yeah, and so itkind of kind of takes all of
that bigness of the world downinto the next tiny step.
(21:26):
That actually is going to beeasy to do and it will make the
rest of all of the otherdecisions easier.
That's awesome.
Speaker 2 (21:34):
That's awesome.
I love that.
What's one summer habit orritual that you have that sort
of keeps you in your superpower?
Speaker 3 (21:42):
Well, I do energy
work for myself every day and it
is actually my foundation.
So in the morning and in theevening I do exercises for
balancing my energy and it'sjust like having a regular yoga
practice, which I also do andpeople will do meditating or
going for a walk every day, those kinds of restorative
(22:07):
activities.
We actually need that creationspace every day in order to
really live in our, you know, highest frequency right.
Speaker 2 (22:19):
Right we need to
allow ourselves time to embrace
that.
I love that.
So you have like this regularroutine.
I mean, I'm a routine person.
I think that routine is very, you know, it's important to
continue with structure andstability right?
Yes, now you said you have likean energy, like I think you
(22:40):
called it a, not a program, butsome kind of like an energy.
I don't what did you call it?
I can't think.
It's not coming to me it wouldbe.
Speaker 3 (22:49):
It would be the
revitalizer.
Speaker 2 (22:55):
Right, and so what?
What is that exactly Like whenyou say you know to restore?
Speaker 1 (22:57):
your energy.
Speaker 2 (22:57):
Are you doing like
you know, standing on your head
kind of exercises, or you knowwhat I mean Like?
Is it like something reallyvigorous?
Or is it like you know, like ayoga?
I think Qigong is one of thoseenergy.
Speaker 3 (23:12):
Yeah, qigong is very
energy based as well, so we're
working with subtle energy andso that's always very
interesting.
Subtle energy means that it'snot usually involving big or
complex movements, and whenpeople have a revitalizer, for
example, they have theopportunity to assess themselves
(23:33):
and learn how to startunderstanding their energy and
being connected to it.
We talk about what that's goingto be like for them and they
create this awareness of, ohyeah, when they feel in
alignment or out of alignment, and then really simple practices
that they can do for themselvesevery day to help maintain and
(23:55):
create more of that.
And, especially when theydevelop some awareness of not
being in alignment, they can usethose tools or easy exercises
to just gently shift theirenergy, and it might be just an
exercise to to clear energy thatis there or to create a
boundary, if that's what theyneed to do.
(24:16):
These things can be doneenergetically that strengthen
the energy.
Speaker 2 (24:21):
Cool.
So it'd be more like like youknow, if you wake up you didn't
have the best sleep.
So you wake up, you feel kindof sluggish.
Then you would do somethinglike this revitalizer and you
would sort of rebalanceeverything that's going on
inside you.
Speaker 3 (24:36):
Yeah, it's about
rebalancing, helping to connect
again to the earth and get thatrestorative earthy energy in our
body, and also this connectionto spirit, which is our personal
spirit.
You had mentioned you know someof the other beliefs around
spirit and this is not to dowith you know belief systems
(24:56):
about spirit.
This is our own connection toour higher self or our inner
self Different words that areused to describe that just this
knowing of of who we are on thisdeeper level.
Oh, I just love it.
Speaker 2 (25:11):
I feel like there's
so much I can learn from you.
Speaker 3 (25:14):
And it leads to
intention setting, because we
start to claim what it is wereally do want.
And right and it's like in termsof how we're going to feel and
how we're going to have thatexpressed in our life and the
things we're going to be doingand the joy that we're going to
have, and it just moves us intothat place where there's like a
(25:36):
synchronicity in life and thelights are green when you're
driving and you know there canbe things happening around us
there always are, but you're inthis little island of stability
that you have for yourself, thatyou can go back to, just even
by taking a breath and bringingyourself there with intention.
Speaker 2 (25:56):
I love it, I love it
and I think well, I hope
everyone gets in touch with you,Jane, because I feel like
there's something you can teach.
Speaker 3 (26:03):
All of us touch with
you, jane, because I feel like
there's something you can teachall of us.
I really want people tounderstand how normal energy is.
You know it's been held out inkind of a woo space, you know.
So there's resistance andavoidance and all of that, but
it's just another natural partof us just like being physical
and having emotions is we alsohave energy and we are energy.
Speaker 2 (26:26):
Yeah, I love it.
I love it.
One thing I want to ask youwhat is one thing that you feel
every woman entrepreneur shouldtry this summer to grow?
Speaker 3 (26:43):
Well, I think there's
lots of different things, but
for women in particular, it'sreally important to just
acknowledge their value.
Take a moment and acknowledgeand really appreciate all of the
all of the scope of what you'vebeen able to do and accomplish
in your life, the things aboutyourself that you may take for
(27:07):
granted.
You know you've managed a home,you've managed a career, you've
managed motherhood.
You know you've been in thein-between generation, maybe
with elderly parents and youngchildren at the same time, and
you've navigated all of that, and these are things that have
(27:28):
been so enriching for our worldand and have offered so much
service in levels that you mightnot even be aware of.
So I invite all women to taketime to acknowledge their own
value and their own preciouslife that they have and really
allow themselves to be nurturedby that.
Speaker 2 (27:52):
I really love that.
Thank you for saying that, because I think every woman
needs to hear that Sometimes wejust we just go right, we like,
okay, I need to do this becauseI need to put bread on the table
right or I need to, you know, Ineed to accomplish this and we
don't look back and say, wow, like, look at what I came from,
Look at multitaskersextraordinaire right.
(28:13):
Yeah, yeah, and it's importantfor well.
I think it's important forwomen to be seen and to be heard
Right, and sometimes we get socaught up in the doing that we
forget to look and hearourselves, nevermind what the
other people are doing.
Speaker 1 (28:31):
Right, so yeah.
Speaker 2 (28:32):
I love that.
Thank you for saying that.
What now your work is?
I mean, I think your work isamazing.
What do you like?
What impact do you hope thatyour work is making right now on
the world?
Speaker 3 (28:48):
My hope would be that
there has been a movement
towards igniting inner wellness, creating that sense of
well-being and greaterconnection and community and
sense of well-being for allpeople and really having
transformational space thatpeople can be supported and held
(29:12):
in while they learn how toflourish and grow in ways that
are completely new to them, thatare just so, I want to say
magical.
And it's not magical becauseit's normal, but we're so kind
of distracted from it that wedon't even have that sense in
(29:33):
our lives anymore.
And so this is that wonder, this beautiful sense of wonder,
the living in the wonder zone ofthis energy alignment and
letting it be the expression ofyour highest vibration, the
highest frequency that you canachieve, and at those high
vibrations, that's where we havejoy and peace and
(29:55):
transformation.
And it's already there.
It is already there, for I loveit.
Speaker 2 (30:01):
I love that.
I love that.
Do you have a boss, babe?
Role model.
Speaker 3 (30:15):
I do have actually a
few of them, and so one of them
is Michelle Obama, because Ilove how she can be herself.
You know she's had immenseopportunities and been in the
public eye and yet she's just sonatural and true to herself.
And locally, we have somewonderful role models here too,
(30:51):
and so, if you're involved inwomanition, dorothy Briggs is a
woman that does amazing things, promoting other women
entrepreneurs and supporting thecommunity of business here and
beyond Edmonton right, like areally beautiful, large imprint
over many years, and you know wedo not need to look far to find
people that are making a big,big difference in the world,
isn't that?
Speaker 2 (31:08):
true, it is so true.
Yeah, I, I know Dorothy.
I don't know her well, but Iknow her and I always think, wow
, she's awesome, like you knowshe's.
She's a little like she kind ofscares me, right, because I
think she had she's got this big, you know presence, right, and
you know, sometimes, you know wedon't know how to you know talk
to those kinds of people, but Ithink she's really awesome.
(31:30):
Do you have, um, like a beachread or a business book that
you're, you know, reading forover the summer?
Speaker 3 (31:41):
Well, I don't know
about you, but I am just so into
audio books, I listen toaudiobooks and that is my go-to.
And I love reading and hearingabout inspiring biographies,
autobiographies, stories ofchallenges that have been faced
(32:01):
and overcome, and so that's mygo-to.
Speaker 2 (32:05):
I love that.
Speaker 3 (32:06):
It's going to be
completely inspiring.
Speaker 2 (32:08):
Right on.
That's awesome.
So when you read, like I say, read in quotations, because
we're not reading, we'relistening.
What are you doing while you'relistening?
Are you laying on the beach oron your back deck in a chair, or
are you actually doing choresaround your house or going for a
walk?
Speaker 3 (32:28):
Driving.
Oftentimes it increases thevalue of your time spent in the
car immensely.
Yes, it does Something playing.
When I'm around the house, whenI'm doing things, there are
times when I really like silence.
I'm very good at having silenceand lots of people like to have
(32:50):
background music or somethinglike that.
I am more likely to have anaudio book playing in the
background.
Yeah, I'm not listening likeacutely to it, like I need to
hear every word, but I'm justtaking in the message of what
their life can, can teach methrough right lesson and the
thing is, you're going to hearwhat you need to hear from that
(33:13):
book right, it doesn't matterwhat you're doing, even if
you're just sitting you're goingto hear what you need to hear.
Speaker 2 (33:18):
That's what it comes
down to, and it's inspiring.
It is inspiring yeah, absolutelyyeah and so do you have, like,
like I tend to read probablythree books at a time, like I
have my.
You know, I call it myself-development.
So right now I'm really kind ofreading more like the religious
(33:39):
.
I have a Mel Robbins book onthe go, but I'm also really
really um, into like learningmore about religion and how it
plays a part of our everydaylife.
Right, I mean, I grew upCatholic, but I I want to learn
more because there's so manyreligions and how it affects our
everyday life.
Speaker 3 (33:57):
But I also.
Diversity is valuable yeah.
Speaker 2 (34:00):
And then I also have,
like you know, like a business
read right.
Like something that will helpme through my business.
But then I also have likerecreation and my unfortunately
I find there's no time to readmy recreational book because I'm
too busy playing games on myphone when I should be reading
or listening to this book.
(34:20):
But do you have like, do youhave a habit like that, you know
, or do you just have one bookon the go and then that's kind
of, when that's finished youread the next?
Speaker 3 (34:29):
Well, I also have
like many, many, many hard copy
books and I've got like a wholebunch of them on the go all the
time and I pick, I pick all ofthem up and read them, depending
on the mood that I'm in.
I read a lot of material andactually study it that is
related to energy because,honestly, it's such a
fascination for me and differentpeople, in their different
(34:52):
perceptions of energy, aredescribing and working all with
the same thing, but they've gotdifferent maybe language about
it or a little bit of differentperception about it.
And even in our you know, know, our original cultures of the
world, there is this energeticthread that is the same.
You know, the people thatdescribe energy and chakras in
(35:16):
the different modalities are alltalking about the energy, like
there is this thread of unity.
Speaker 2 (35:22):
So lots of books that
are yeah well, and I feel like
this energy, like you know, weneed to learn more about it,
because I feel like it wasn'tallowed before, right like it.
Nobody ever talked about energy.
I mean, I know energy as in howyou're feeling, as far as you
know, activity wise, like howmotivated are you to get up and
(35:46):
go here, but I think think Imean it's related, right Like I
feel like you know, if I don'tfeel like getting off the couch,
it's because my energy insidemy body is heavy, right, and
movement we all know movementcreates a little bit of that
lighter energy.
But there's more to it thanthat, right Like it's like
(36:06):
emotions and you know, physical, physical, mental, like it's all
.
It's a heavy, like it's allinside of us, but it's not.
You can't see it.
So you go to the doctor and Idon't feel good.
I don't, I just feel so heavyinside, right.
Then, of course, they do testsand there's nothing wrong with
you.
Well then there's somethingwrong with me because I'm not
(36:27):
feeling good.
Speaker 3 (36:28):
Yeah, right, and
there is this interesting space
and you know, having worked inhealth and in, you know,
communities of health as apharmacist for many years there
is this space where the personhas a sense that something's off
, something's changing, but itcannot be diagnosed yet.
(36:50):
There's no diagnosis yet.
That little window is where itis so profound to have some
energetic support to kind ofopen things up and let that held
energy start to lift off andflow and bring in that lightness
, that vitality, that creativeenergy is actually a source of
(37:14):
health and wow up into it.
Speaker 2 (37:17):
So you're, you mean
like you know something like,
say, like a tumor or somethingbefore it actually becomes a
tumor that can be diagnosed.
We could break that up withlike some kind of energy work.
Speaker 3 (37:34):
That's.
That is a very, very simple wayof saying that.
But yes, like if we keep ourenergy clear throughout, our
health simply will be better.
Oh my goodness, Okay so that, and then sometimes health events
just happen to, and so there'sthere's no shame or blame or any
(37:55):
kind of judgment around any ofit.
It's just like even in the endof life care we can work
energetically and people findserenity and ease and comfort in
that.
That well-being is the numberone benefit that has been
(38:15):
identified in the studies thathave been done using energy in
places like the Cross CancerInstitute, for example, and
other places where they'reworking with patients hospice
care.
Some hospitals offer eitherReiki or energy support of some
kind as part of their hospitalservices, and we're not seeing
(38:40):
that in Canada so much, but wesee it in Europe and we do see
it in some places in the UnitedStates and I have colleagues
that work energetically inoperating theaters while
surgeries are being performedand they're holding that
energetic space and doing thatsupport for the patient.
Oh my goodness, that's amazing, and those patients heal faster.
(39:02):
So if there was like a common, well known understanding of this
, it would change the way someof the things are done in some
of our systems.
Speaker 2 (39:13):
And it would change
the world right.
Like it would change.
Like.
If I'm like, if any one personhas, like, always feels that
heaviness, that you know thatalways down, if they could
release that and let that goright, then they're going to be
a happier person, the peoplearound them are going to be
happier, which is going to makethe you know like that's wow, oh
(39:34):
my gosh, I love this.
Speaker 3 (39:35):
There's, it's a win,
win, win, win wins overall,
everybody wins, right?
Yeah, because it does have thisimmense ripple effect and and
we really can only beresponsible for how we manage
ourselves but we can manage ourenergy easily and everyone can
do it.
(39:55):
Everyone can learn easily howto engage with energy.
Speaker 2 (39:59):
Oh yes, so this is
something that I'm learning.
I am definitely learning thisand it's and it's not easy to
learn like it is, and it is acommitment, right Like anything
that we learn, but yeah.
Speaker 3 (40:11):
And it might be a
little bit of a stretch, but it
starts with really thatunderstanding, right, and when
people connect to that innerstillness, like we all have a
place inside us that has thisexquisite stillness, and it's
like time stands still whenyou're in that place, and it's
(40:31):
so, um, rich and expansive thatwhen you've experienced it, it's
like, oh my gosh, I forgot I, Icould feel this way, right, we
remember that.
Yeah, that's how we maybe feltas children when we were playing
or we were swinging orsomething, and and really, yeah,
(40:53):
our natural state is to be inthat kind of yeah with ourself.
Oh, I love that.
Speaker 2 (41:00):
That is the wonder
zone, my goodness yeah, I, yeah,
I get it, I get it, I get it.
So now, earlier we talked aboutyou are preparing a course for
the fall.
Do you have like?
Do you have any?
Are you ready to, like you know, invite people in Like?
(41:20):
Do you have an offer preparedor do you have like?
Obviously we want to get intouch with you, so you know.
Speaker 3 (41:26):
Oh yeah, and what I'm
offering for people is just a
quick call with me just to havea little conversation about
energy and see what intereststhem, but I really invite people
to get in touch with me.
They can get on a waiting listif they are interested in
learning more as it develops.
We'll be talking about thingsyou know, like exploring the
(41:49):
hidden costs of dismissing yourheart's knowing right and
bringing yourself into thewonder zone of energy alignment,
and for many people, that is anarea that that could interest
them greatly.
Speaker 2 (42:05):
Yes, yeah, I will
definitely get the link from you
and I will add it with the shownotes and then when people want
to get in touch with you, theycan do that because, I feel like
I want everyone to come talk toyou, jane.
I want I want everyone to comeand learn what you can teach us,
because I think I mean thatthis sounds to me like something
we can, you know.
(42:26):
I want to say correct the worldbut correct is not the right
word but improve our healthright.
If we can improve our health bylearning little, little, tiny
steps, right, we will improvethe world will be to develop
that kind of understanding.
Speaker 3 (42:46):
We'll be doing some
self assessments, discovering
how we sense energy, all ofthose different ways that we can
be aware of energy, and how ourintuition is communicating with
us.
All kinds of fun stuff.
Speaker 2 (42:58):
Oh my goodness, I
love it.
Speaker 3 (42:59):
Yes, I know be in
touch with you for developing a
foundation to incorporate thatand integrated really into daily
living.
Speaker 2 (43:06):
Yeah, absolutely.
One more question Do you have aword for the?
Speaker 3 (43:12):
summer.
I have two words for the summer.
Speaker 2 (43:14):
Yay.
Speaker 3 (43:15):
Blessing and wonder.
Speaker 2 (43:21):
Oh, I love it
Blessing and wonder, so wonder.
I'm going to see, I'm going toguess.
That's where wonders own.
Yes, and be curious, right andbless.
Speaker 3 (43:31):
Be curious, that's
right.
And because we're in summer,right, we're like it's almost
like we have the whole year.
Lots of things are happening.
I actually love the fall.
I even love winter, except ifit's like problematic, of course
, like I appreciate all theseasons, but this little window
of time is like the blessing ofour whole year and, yeah, I love
(43:55):
it.
I love it, enjoy every day.
Speaker 2 (43:57):
yes, thank, you so
much for joining me.
