The Miami Dolphins made a heavily publicized change at quarterback in the aftermath of their Monday night loss to Pittsburgh. The result? Well, it was simply more of the Same Old Dolphins.
While Quinn Ewers looked fine in the first half, the Dolphins delivered another of their signature "turd quarters," allowing the Bengals to put the game out of reach before the 4th quarter began. Once Miami was down by 10 points, Mike McDaniel, as he so often does, abandoned the Dolphins' more than functional run game. With the pivot to a pass-heavy approach, the Bengals sat back and forced Ewers to gamble. Then, as one might expect from a 7th Round rookie making his first start, he didn't look good.
Aaron and Josh are back again to discuss the game and what it means amidst reporting that Mike McDaniel's job is secure. Join us for another cathartic episode of THE SAME OLD DOLPHINS SHOW at DolphinsTalk.com!
