➡️ ENERGY UPDATE | Past-Life Regressions

This week calls you into a deeper remembrance, not just of who you are now, but of who you’ve been across many lifetimes. Past-life regression isn’t just a spiritual curiosity; it’s a profound tool for clearing the subconscious mind, reclaiming your divine power, and activating your soul’s purpose. Beneath the surface of your current identity lives a soul encoded with wisdom, wounds, and gifts from every life you’ve lived. Through regression work, we gain access to these deeper layers of consciousness to heal patterns that aren’t rooted in this life, but are still running it.

Several years ago, I was in London for just a few days. It was raining, so I hired a driver to take me around the city. As we passed by the Tower of London, I felt an overwhelming sense of déjà vu, like something ancient within me had just awakened. I knew I had been there before, and I knew I had died there. So, I asked the driver to pull over so I could go inside.  I discovered the story of Anne Askew, a young woman burned at the stake in 1546 for her spiritual convictions. I knew she had been one of my past lives. That moment became a missing piece in understanding my soul’s mission in this life, to help others rise in truth, even when it's uncomfortable, even when it costs everything.

Past-life memories are stored in the subconscious, often hidden beneath emotional patterns, phobias, or behaviors we can’t explain. Regression helps uncover these imprints so we can clear them at the root. When we visit a past life, we aren’t going backward—we’re retrieving wisdom, healing trauma, and re-integrating parts of ourselves that have been exiled by fear or forgotten by time. This work isn’t about escapism, it’s about empowerment.

The truth is, your soul will only bring forward what you're ready to heal and reclaim. Some regressions are vivid and cinematic; others come through as emotion, sensation, or knowing. But when you feel it, you know it’s real. You remember who you’ve been, not to stay in the past, but to rise in the present.

This week, reflect on what keeps repeating in your life. Is there a pattern, fear, or unexplainable pull that doesn’t seem to belong to this lifetime? That may be your soul inviting you to remember, to release, and to rise into the fullest expression of who you are… because the healing doesn’t just change your past. It changes your future.
