Et hemmeligt møde med en kilde på en cafe starter en jagt på Danmarks farligste terrorist - Basil Hassan. Han er opvokset i Askerød, har gået på Frederiksberg Gymnasium og er uddannet ingeniør fra DTU. I dag er han internationalt efterlyst for drabsforsøg, han har opfundet et helt nyt terrorvåben for Islamisk Stat og har ifølge politiet siddet i IS-kalifatet og styret et netværk i Danmark. Samtidig så mener efterretningstjenester at han står bag planlægning af terrorangreb i Vesten.
