Over the past 11 months, I’ve lost just shy of 16 kilos (that’s around 35 pounds). As someone who’s 1.52m tall, that’s quite a transformation - and it’s been a deeply personal journey.
I’ll be sharing what worked for me, how my relationship with movement and food evolved, and the mindset shifts that helped me reconnect with my body in a healthy, sustainable way.
