So I'm going about my business solotonight to try to drop some knowledge
here on a super flex mocks draftmock mock draft for you guys, and
just kinda you know, let youguys know how I build around mine um
a little bit newer to the superFlexum spot. I don't play in many

(01:27):
leagues. I've probably playing about threeof them out of the many leagues that
I am in. However, Ihave kind of become accustomed to this kind
of this kind of the strategy thatI have used moving forward. So that's
basically when we'll talk to you guysabout today. So first things first,

tell you this first knowledge of fantracks. I am in a couple of
leagues where we do use fan tracks, and it is by far probably one
of the best sites out there rightnow as far as you know fantasy leagues.

You can customize your own leagues towhatever you want. We have a
really difficult league that we have thatwe can't find any other platform to do
what we need, and fan trackscame through and that's the one we currently
use and we've used that for probablyabout four years now. So it's come
a long way in those four years. Mind you, they have done an
upgrade to their interface and everything likethat. It looks it looks pretty slick.

(02:36):
So as far as the mock draftgoes, we are that's exactly what
we're going to use to mock drafttonight. So I'm going to be drafting
from the fifth spot. Um,basically, this roster is going to consist
of what did I said? Itas one ure quarterback, one super flex.
I got two running back, twowide receivers, one tight end,

(02:58):
one kicker, and a three flexspots I believe. So we're not going
to go through the whole thing,but we'll go through quite a few picks
just because I do, Like Isaid, I do enjoy doing these mocks
for you guys, and I dothink it's kind of valuable. So so
first things first, like I mentioned, I'm going to be dropped from fifth

(03:19):
spot. I'm going to start now. So first off the board, now,
guys, I'll talk about my strategyfirst, right off the bat.
The first thing I'm looking for whenI am doing a two QB super flex
a league or mock draft or league, is I want to solidify my QB
one, RB one and wide receiverone immediately right off the bat. So

(03:44):
those first three picks, I amhoping that I'm going to be able to
grab those three guys, because youknow what, by doing that right off
the bat, you're basically allowing yourselfto to drab value out later rounds.
So right off the bat here wekicked it off and first person, the
first guy taken, we went,They went justin Jefferson. Then we saw

(04:05):
a QB taken Josh Allen, JalenHurts, McCaffrey. And then it's my
turn. So I'm gonna go.Like I mentioned, I'm gonna go after
my QB one right off the bat. If you wait on quarterbacks, guys,
it could get a little dicey foryou later on in the draft depending
on how far you wait. So, like I mentioned, the only two
qbs off the board are Josh Allenand Jalen Hurts. So my boy Patrick

(04:29):
mahomes staring at me right and theeye right now. So I'm going to
draft him and I'm gonna solidify himas my you know, my top pick,
as my you know, my myQB one moving forward. So and
after that, we just saw akind of we saw Jamar Chase go Eckler,
Burrow, Cup Barkley. So nowwe're into round two and we're starting

(04:50):
to see you know, Travis Kelcelasted to the second round, Bijean Tyreek
Hill, Stefan Diggs, and LamarSo. Now at the two sixth spot,
you know, I could grab anotherone of these these quarterbacks. But
I'm gonna take a look over atmy at my running back position. And

(05:12):
when I look at that, basicallyi'm gonna be looking at running back.
I'm gonna be looking at my runningbacks. Right. I want to stud
in any one of those departments.So I want to probably lean if I
go to the running back position.We're looking at Tony Pollard, Jonathan Taylor,
Romandre Stevenson, a little rich forme. Wide receiver spot, we
got Ceedee Lamb, Davante Adams,Monross, Saint Brown, you know,

(05:35):
just to name a few names here. So you know, guys, I'm
gonna take a shot and I amgoing to go and grab Ceedee Lamb at
this spot. I do like him. I do like what he's going to
be getting this year from Dak Prescott. I think he's gonna be peppered with

(05:55):
targets. Biggest thing, biggest thingfor me is volume, and that's definitely
what we're going to see there.So let's go ahead and select Ceedee Lamb.
So my first two picks look likethis, Like I mentioned Patrick Mahomes
and Cede Lamb to start, andnow we're back at me right now,
we saw a bunch standard you know, some some Jonathan Taylor, A J.

(06:16):
Brown, Adams, Battle went Fields, Saint Brown, Wilson Chubb.
So still quite a bit of whichis weird being a super flex. You've
still seeing guys like Justin Herbert stillsitting there, Trevor Lawrence. Those are
all guys that have RB like topfive potential this season in my opinion.

(06:41):
So but like I mentioned at thestart of the at the start of the
episode, I said, you know, I want to go after my you
know, my studs at each oneof those positions. So I'm gonna go
over to the running back position becauselike I mentioned, we got Patrick Mahomes,
Ceedee Lamb totally. Tony Pollard Iam very high on this year.
So I you know what, basically, I'm I'm looking at either Pollard,

(07:08):
maybe Jacobs, but you know,as far as upside goes I'm gonna go
with Tony Pollard here and solidify thosethree positions for me, and I'm very
very happy with that, the factthat you can technically, I mean,
Pollard's I think RB. I thinkI saw RB ten in some cases,
I do have him as my RBseven this year. So I just you

(07:30):
know what, I I have afeeling he's going to finish up there well
inside the top ten, having thefact that there's nobody really behind him to
worry about me. So after myTony Pollard pick, then we started to
see the rest of those you know, quarterbacks come off the boards along with

(07:53):
a bunch of running backs. MarkAndrews went at the three or six spot,
which is a little high I thinkfor me. However, then you
started to see you know, DerrickHenry, Josh Jacobs, Justin Herbert Went,
Stevenson, Harris Lawrence reached the fourthround, which good value there.
Same with Deshaun Watson, depending onwhat your what your thought is on him.

(08:16):
So right now we are looking at, you know, for quarterbacks still,
because like I mentioned, it's asuper flex. You don't want to
wait too too long because then thenext thing, you know, these guys
are going to get snatched straight up. So we got Dak Prescott to Daniel
Jones, Kirk Cousins at the quarterbackspot, my top running backs, Joe
mix and Ettie and Aaron Jones GibbsI. I'll talk about that after.

(08:39):
Then we got a lave A DevantaSmith, Keenan Allen to be honest at
this spot here. Out of theguys that I do have drafted, I
think they're like they base. That'sthat's top five production. You're going to
get out of these guys each andevery week. Um So now I could

(09:03):
go look at at um my quarterbacktoo, But like I mentioned, I'm
not super. I still feel asthough I'll be able to wait one more
round before I go grab my QBtwo. The one guy I do like,
ah right now is okay, Andyou know what I gotta go with

(09:26):
my gut. I told you guys, you gotta go by strategy, and
this is what I've always done strategyby. So I am gonna go and
grab my QB two right now inhopes that you know, one of these
running backs like an Aaron Jones ormix In or Jamar Gibbs last, which
I don't think they will However,I have seen them drop you know,
into the into the five, six, seventh rounds in the mocks that I

(09:50):
have done in the past. Solet's go ahead. I'm gonna go and
take Like I mentioned, I'm gonnago with Dak Prescott as my QB too.
I am not I'm very very confidentwith that pick. You know,
having the guys that I do havein Mahomes and Prescott in a super flex
is is dynamite in my opinion.I'm you're starting a very good spot right

(10:11):
now. So and like I mentioned, so after that, we saw you
know, Chris Olave, DeVonta Smith, A ton of wide receivers went off
the board, and then we startedto see a little bit of in round
five, a little bit of runon running backs, Etian mixing Jamir Gibbs.
Jamir Gibbs in the fifth round isgreat value at that pick. And

(10:33):
then DK Metcalfs. So now I'mon the clock. The one guy I
do love in this spot, andhe's kept falling in others is Aaron Jones.
Now, I know a lot ofpeople are sitting there saying, you
know, while they got aj Dillon. However, I feel as though I
don't. I think they're going tobe running a ton and I think Aaron

(10:56):
Joe. I think Dylan's going tobe out there in those past passing downs,
but I think Aaron Jones is theguy that's going to be in there
the majority of the time. Ithink that I think it's going to be
more of like a seventy thirty splitwith Aaron Jones and AJ Dillon. So
to go and grab um Aaron Jonesin the fifth round as my RB two.

(11:18):
I'm I'm loving it right now.So let's recap my team so far.
After five rounds, we are lookingat Patrick Mahomes, Tony Pollard,
Aaron Jones, Ceedee Lamb, andDak Prescott loving it right now. To
me, that is a good solidfoundation for a team that UM is just

(11:43):
kind of is building. So nowin the fifth round or sorry, fifth
round, I'm I'm I'm going up. I'm still I'm going to the sixth
round now, sorry UM. Nowthis is where I'm going to look for
high upside guys. UM. Youknow those wide receivers, ride receiver twos
that are going to have value intheir offenses. And then I mean you

(12:07):
go, you look at guys thatare still out there, and guys like
Drake London, Jerry Judy, DJMoore, Christian Watson. I mean,
I love all of those guys.The one guy that I think I'm gonna
go with in this case is goingto be Christian Watson. I just do
feel as though he is going tobe He's got a huge upside in this

(12:31):
offense. I mean, there's talkedat him and love have already had a
connection and I just I like himhere. However, you know, Drake
London is just staring at me too. I do like that, even with
the rookie quarterback. You know,I'm gonna I'm gonna backtrack on that.
Guys, I'm gonna go with DrakeLondon here. I do like the fact

(12:52):
that you know, he is sittingthere at the top guy for me to
pick um and I'm I'm quite highon him. So I'm gonna go ahead
and draft Drake London as my widereceiver too. I gotta see where this
pans out after that. Um,as far as as far as my my

(13:13):
concern is is now is going intothe seventh round. Sorry, guys,
getting some spam pop up on mycomputer. So after like I mentioned,
after Aaron Jones went that I pickedAaron Jones, We saw Sanders, Deebo,
Ridley Walker, Cooper Go. Um. I did think about taking Kenneth

(13:35):
Walker over Aaron Jones, but Iliked, like I mentioned volume and I
just mentioned that I liked. Ithink it's going to be like more of
a seventy thirty split for Aaron Jones, where with Kenneth Walker, with the
fact they grabbed Jack charbon A.Um, I have a feeling that's gonna
be They're gonna lean a little bitmore of a fifty fifty split in that
department. Charbon A is a beast, so um, I wish he had

(14:01):
landed somewhere else just to you knowwhere he was going to be given me,
given the option or given the chanceto be that RB one. But
you know what, Kenneth Walker,as much as he's a beast, you
know, injuries happen and that couldthat could skyrocket Germany up if something was
to happen. Yeah. I startedaround six when McLaurin, we went Godwin

(14:22):
two, went Cousins, Daniel Jones. Then we kind of started seeing all
those guys both go before I wentand selected Drake London So as of now,
Mahomes, Pollard, Aaron Jones,Ceedee Lamb, Drake London, and
Dak Prescott. Those are my mThat is my team right now. Anthony

(14:43):
Richardson, when Markus Brown, Hawkinson, Pittman, dj Moore, Gino all
the way down, We're starting tosee, you know, more of these
quarterbacks coming off the board now.And so now we're in a round seven
and basically our choices for guys thatwe can pick is basically, U take
a look here, Jared Goff,Russell Wilson, Matt Stafford, you know,

(15:05):
Derek Carr, Jordan Love, Pickett, Kyler, Murray, Bryce Young,
Party just guys like that. Imean, you got just a bunch
of okay guys. Now to me, I'm gonna be waiting for that,
you know, for that um QBthree. I think I'm gonna wait a

(15:26):
little bit. So as far asaround seven goes, I think I'm gonna
go. Let's go take a lookat the rain back position. Dobbins,
Pierce, James Connor, Rashad White. Not bad options there. But now,
like I mentioned earlier, I wason the fence with you know,
wide receivers. I think this iswhere this is the round I'm just going
to start, you know, poundingthe high upside wide receivers. And you

(15:50):
know, in this case here wegot guys like Jerry Judy, Tyler Locke,
at Christian Watson, Christian Kirk.I'm gonna go with Jerry Judy.
I think this is going to bea huge breakout for him this season.
However, we did see guys likeyou know after him, which also I

(16:11):
did, like is Brandon Iyuk wentafter him, Christa's when Christian Watson went.
These guys are all in that samekind of area when it comes to
comes to super flex, you know, wide receivers are just going to fly
off the board. However, I'mcontent with what I have right now because
I took value. I made sureI solidified my first three, my three

(16:32):
positions, and then now I canyou know, like I said, now
I go with halla high upside guys. So take a look at you know,
the tight end position is still alittle rich for me to be grabbing
a tight end in the the eighthround. So let's go back to,
you know, the running back position. There's still some value. You know.
My the highest guy I have rightnow on my list is Um as

(16:56):
far as running backs go, isRashad White, James Conner, you know,
DeAndre Swift, guys like that,Javante Williams. That's that's a decent
pick if the value is there.So I have I think in my opinion,
I think I'm gonna go once again. I'm gonna go after that wide

(17:17):
receiver position and I'm gonna go aheadand I'm gonna jump all over. Um.
I think I'm gonna go with ChristianKirk as my as my next guy.
Think I do like, I dolike what this offense brings, and

(17:37):
I do think that we're going tosee just him to be just as productive
even with Kelvin Ridley there. Ido feel as though there's enough for these
two players to to both get there'sin fantasy this year. So Christian Kirk
is going to be h solidified asone of my flex spots as well.

(18:00):
And into round we'll do a couplemore here guys for you. Now we're
going into round nine, and ifI have to look at this, so
um after Christian Kirk, Swift,Savante Williams, Deante Johnson, Stafford,
Went, George Kittle, Evans,Kyler Murray, and Jackson Smith and Jigba.

(18:22):
Still looking at the quarterbacks, there'sstill some decent quarterbacks. I might
not wait too too much longer tosolidify that that position as my third third
um quarterback. However, right nowI am leaning at guys like Rashad White.

(18:44):
For I love Rashad White um thisseason two. I think he did
enough last year to kind of provethat he you know, he kind of
should be he should be given thereins. And I just think it's he's
in there. He's in there asRB one. You got Chase Edmunds,
they release four neat Chase Edmonds isthere, but and then Sean Tucker as

(19:06):
an undrafted free agent. So Ithink this is Rashaud White's job to lose.
But getting in the ninth round asmy RB three, that's good value
in my opinion. So I wentahead and I grabbed Rashaud White. Now
in the tenth round, we arebasically looking at just guys. Now where

(19:27):
these are, you know, SuttonBateman, Juju Smith, Schuster. Here's
I think where I'm gonna go andgrab. Because now I'm gonna go and
grab Derek Carr as my QB three. I'm high on car this year I
think he could be a top youknow, even he could get up into
the top twelve. We saw whathe can do. My opinion, he's

(19:48):
got way better receivers now than heever has in his career long ago,
with a you know, a rungame that's been that's going to be really
consistent. So let's go with DerekCarr here in my super my as my
why our quarterback three. So let'sjust go over this real quick here.

(20:11):
Um, this episode has gone ona little bit longer than what I had
thought, but you know, Iwanted to kind of get you know,
get the majority of this built justso you guys kind of see how it
all panned out. So my teamstands drafted from the fifth spot, Patrick
Mahomes, Tony Pollard, Aaron Jones, Ceedee Lamp, Drake London, Jerry
Judy, Christian Kirk, Roshad White, and Dak Prescott. And I got

Derek Carr as on the bench rightnow. I you know what, guys,
to me, that is as solidas it yet when it comes to
super Flex and you got high upsideguys there. You got guys that are
basically running as you know RB onesin their offenses with Tony Pollard, Aaron
Jones and Rashad White. Those arethree guys that should get the majority of

the carries. So I'm happy withthat. So I hope I have you
guys enough kind of you know,enough kind of knowledge of on what to
do in these superflex mock drafts andsuperflex leagues to be to be honest,
and like I said, biggest thing, my biggest tip for you, um

(21:14):
when you are drafting is to tryto solidify those three positions right off the
bat before you start to bang outall these you know, all these upside
guys and going to get value.So outside of that, make sure you
