رغم إعلان الأزهر أن الإجراء القانوني "إنذار بيت الطاعة" لا يتوافق مع الشريعة الإسلامية، إلّا أنّه لا يزال يُستخدم في مصر منذ أكثر من قرن لإجبار النساء على التنازل عن حقوقهن المادية أو العودة إلى منازل غير آمنة.
في هذه الحلقة من بودكاست «عيب» نفتح النقاش حول أحد جوانب قانون الأحوال الشخصية المصري، وخاصة المادة ١١ التي تُعنى بما يعرف "بمحضر الإنذار بالطاعة"، وتُسائل سياقه التاريخي والقانوني. من خلال الشهادات الشخصية والمقابلات مع مختصين، نبحث في أثر هذا التشريع على حياة النساء في مصر، وآفاق التخلص من نص قانوني مهين وعنيف بحق النساء.
