تتعرض أعداد كبيرة من العاملات المهاجرات في لبنان لانتهاكات ممنهجة وظروف معيشية قاسية، قد تصل في بعض الحالات إلى أشكال من العبودية. يتفاقم هذا العنف في ظل الأزمات السياسية والاقتصادية التي عصفت بلبنان في السنوات الأخيرة، سيما خلال العدوان الإسرائيلي المستمر. تتنوع أشكال الانتهاكات لتشمل الجوانب العمالية والجسدية والصحية، في ظل غياب لأي وسائل حماية فعلية أو سياسات رعاية حقيقية. ضمن هذا السياق، أجرت منظمة أطباء بلا حدود – لبنان بحثًا ميدانيًا عبر مقابلات معمّقة مع مجموعة من العاملات المهاجرات اللواتي تعرضن لانتهاكات ممنهجة، لتوثيق ظروفهن الصحية والمعيشية.
