I veckans avsnitt har vi med oss en riktig inspirationskälla i studion. Sam Joukhadar är utbildad dataingenjör och jobbar idag som rekryteringschef på SEB. Resan dit har dock varit långt ifrån enkel. Sam växte upp i Aleppo och redan som litet barn utsattes han för ett sexuellt trauma som han burit inom sig hela livet, och först på senare tid valt att öppna upp om. Som 31-åring flydde han till Sverige från ett krigsdrabbat Syrien och fick uppleva hur det var att skapa sig ett helt nytt liv i en främmande kultur. Sam berättar om sin första tid i Sverige, sin inställning till förändringar och hur han hanterar utmaningar. Vi får också höra om när han sålde sin bostad, skänkte pengarna till välgörenhet och flyttade in på ett kloster för att leva som munk i tre års tid.
