Además, abordamos la importancia de tener espacios personalizados y cómodos, tanto en el hogar como en la oficina. Pero, claro, esto muchas veces requiere negociar con familiares o compañeros de trabajo. ¿Cómo podemos hacerlo? Finalmente, Patri nos da consejos prácticos para rediseñar nuestros espacios de una manera sencilla y económica, y mejorar nuestro bienestar.
