En España, ahora mismo, millones de mujeres viven (vivimos) el climaterio, una etapa natural, claro que sí, pero a menudo invisibilizada, menospreciada o mal entendida. Esos cambios hormonales que marcan el final de la vida fértil pueden afectar al sueño, el estado de ánimo, la libido, la piel…, deteriorando seriamente la calidad de vida de muchas mujeres (no de todas, cada mujer es un mundo). Existen tratamientos eficaces, como la terapia hormonal, pero su uso sigue siendo muy bajo por desinformación y prejuicios. En este episodio, con la ginecóloga experta en Menopausia, Silvia P.
