Dilka Benítez es presidenta de la Federación de Baloncesto en Silla de Ruedas de Puerto Rico (FEBASIRU) y lleva años trabajando para que el deporte sea más inclusivo y motivando a que más personas con impedimento adopten el deporte para ayudar en su diario vivir. Su carrera la ha llevado a trabajar en mundiales y juegos paralímpicos además de trabajar con jóvenes y adultos llevando el mensaje de inclusión para personas en silla de ruedas en el deporte. Por esto y más, Dilka es una Leyenda del Deporte puertorriqueño.
