- Documentation and config knowledge
- Have well-qualified Admin/Org owner/Architect
- Have a center of excellence
- Have a steering committee for implementations
- Ensure leadership buy-in
- Delete things in Org that are unused
- Do great training
- Exploit the platform as much as possible. Put everything you can into Salesforce
- Have consistent naming conventions
