Redan vid 8 månaders åldern fick Edward Blom smak för det där med god mat. Han och hans föräldrar reste runt i Österrike och så skulle det ätas barnmatsburkar som hans mamma hade haft med sig. Men det ville jag inte, säger Edward. Istället gav de mig en wienerschnitzel som de trodde att jag skulle kunna ha som napp, men den var så god så jag åt upp den. Och där startade mitt matintresse.
