In this replay, our guest is Rob Eastman. By his own admission, he ran from his problems most of his life, letting feelings of anxiety and depression take over, rather than asking why they were there. His journey eventually led him into recovery, where he used extreme sports, such as cage fighting, ultramarathons, rock climbing, and skydiving, to face his toughest demons. In this show, he talked with Rebecca about his book and how he now uses those life lessons to coach others on how to stand and fight.
