La memoria, según Sandra, es una emoción y visualización sobre algún objeto o situación, existen dos tipos: memoria a corto plazo y memoria a largo plazo.
La memoria a corto plaza es aquella que nos recuerda las situaciones recientes que se pueden olvidar y la memoria a largo plazo son los hechos que quedan durante el transcurso de la vida.
