What if the last thing you need in order to release weight, is the latest diet, cleanse or appetite suppressant? Similar to riding a bike, once you learn, you always know how. Hypnosis is the missing link to helping you remember how to tune into the needs of your body and as riding a bike seemed like a distant possibility before you learned to do it, it became automatic once you got the hang of it. Taking care of your body requires a similar process. Hypnosis is a very effective tool!  In fact, in overcoming emotional eating, hypnnosis can more than double the success rates of cognitive behavioral therapy. Hypnosis allows us to reprogram our minds by accessing the internal programming that causes us to eat when we are not even hungry and make choices that can be damaging to our health and well-being.
