This builds trust, encourages ownership, and often leads to a more robust decision.A great way to foster collaborative decision-making is to make sure everyone feels safe to share their thoughts without judgment. You could start by saying, 'I value everyone's perspective here, and I want us to work through this challenge together.' This type of language empowers people and shows that their voices matter.Involving your team doesn’t mean you need to reach a consensus every time, but it means that people have had the chance to contribute. This kind of collaboration not only results in better outcomes but also in a stronger, more cohesive team.So, my challenge for you this week is to find an opportunity to bring your team into a decision-making process.
