Meet Lochlan.
When Lochlan first joined us at the age of 25, weighing 124 kilos, his fitness journey was far from ordinary. He faced an array of physical challenges, including:
A club foot
A triple ankle fusion
A twisted shin bone
A full knee reconstruction A
DD Fibromyalgia
Sleep apnea
Restless leg syndrome
Despite these hurdles, Lochlan preserved.
Today, Lochlan stands at 100 kilos, stronger, fitter and healthier than he has ever been.
