Every team experiences this at some point. A top player goes down. How you handle this as a coach with the team is extremely important. You don't have a team "pity party", you reorganize your lineup and coach the rest of the players up and get each one to contribute a little more. You can't replace that player with one player but you can replace them with what many players can do.
