We're back with another podcast and this time we dive into my experience not drinking alcohol for a year but most importantly the THINKING behind our choices. In this episode we look at things as to why we are tempted to drink, how to prepare yourselves from external pressures. It's all about mindset and it's totally possible for you to change your life for the better.
